Las materias primas son descargadas a la tolva de materias primas por la excavadora, luego a un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/es\/maquina-de-alimentacion\/alimentador-vibratorio\/\">alimentador vibratorio<\/a> para alimentar uniformemente la materia prima al depurador tr\u00f3mel. El alimentador vibratorio con la barra grizzly, tiene una brecha de 70 mm, en el caso de la piedra grande en las materias primas, por lo que por encima de 70 mm de piedra grande se puede quitar de alimentador grizzly.<\/p>\n<p>2. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/es\/lavado-de-oro\/tromel-de-oro\/\">Fregadora tr\u00f3mel<\/a> se utiliza para lavar las materias primas y cribar los residuos de m\u00e1s de 2 mm. Las materias primas son en su mayor\u00eda tierra y arcilla, por lo que necesito ir a la depuradora trommel para lavar primero. El lavador tr\u00f3mel tiene 2 capas de malla de PU, de 2 mm y 20 mm. El tamiz de PU de 20 mm protege la malla de 2 mm.<\/p>\n<p>3. Despu\u00e9s del lavado y cribado por el lavador tr\u00f3mel, los materiales de -2 mm se bombean a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/es\/separador-gravitacional\/vertedero-en-espiral\/\">separadores espirales rougher<\/a>en un total de 18 conjuntos. Los residuos intermedios de las espirales de desbaste se bombean a las espirales de limpieza para una mayor separaci\u00f3n que mejore la tasa de recuperaci\u00f3n. Las espirales m\u00e1s limpias son 9 juegos. El total de espirales es de 27.<\/p>\n<p>4. Todos los concentrados de cromo de las espirales m\u00e1s rugosas y de las espirales m\u00e1s limpias van a un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/es\/separador-magnetico\/separador-magnetico-de-tambor-humedo\/\">separador magn\u00e9tico<\/a> reducir parte del hierro magnetita para aumentar la tasa de Cr\/Fe.<\/p>\n<p>5. El concentrado de cromo del separador magn\u00e9tico se bombea a las mesas de agitaci\u00f3n, con un uso total de 30 juegos de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/es\/separador-gravitacional\/mesa-vibrante-de-oro\/\">mesas vibratorias<\/a>. Cada 15 conjuntos de mesa de agitaci\u00f3n para un tanque de distribuci\u00f3n. Utilice la bomba de lodo para enviar concentrado de cromo al tanque de distribuci\u00f3n, a continuaci\u00f3n, el tanque de distribuci\u00f3n distribuye lodo a cada conjunto de mesa de agitaci\u00f3n. La mesa de agitaci\u00f3n es la m\u00e1quina de separaci\u00f3n fina final, puede mejorar eficazmente el grado de cromo en el concentrado para satisfacer las necesidades de nuestros clientes. Los residuos intermedios de todas las mesas de agitaci\u00f3n se devuelven a las espirales de limpieza para separarlos de nuevo con el fin de aumentar la tasa de recuperaci\u00f3n. Los residuos de las mesas de agitaci\u00f3n se env\u00edan a la balsa de decantaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>6. El concentrado de cromo de todas las mesas de agitaci\u00f3n se env\u00eda a una deshidratadora de tornillo para eliminar la mayor parte del agua. El flujo inferior de la deshidratadora de tornillo pasa a la criba de deshidrataci\u00f3n para una mayor deshidrataci\u00f3n, de modo que el concentrado deshidratado puede transportarse a la pila de producto acabado mediante cinta transportadora. Y el desbordamiento de las deshidratadoras de tornillo y el lodo de la criba inferior se devuelven al <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/es\/clasificacion\/hidrociclon\/\">hidrocicl\u00f3n<\/a> por bomba, el rebosadero del cicl\u00f3n va a la balsa de decantaci\u00f3n, y el rebosadero va a la criba de deshidrataci\u00f3n.
