El proceso puede llevarse a cabo en tama\u00f1os de part\u00edcula tan gruesos como 300 mm y tan finos como 500 \u03bcm con una alta eficiencia de separaci\u00f3n, dependiendo de las caracter\u00edsticas de liberaci\u00f3n de los minerales valiosos. La separaci\u00f3n por medios densos tambi\u00e9n se denomina separaci\u00f3n por medios pesados.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aplicaci\u00f3n de la planta de separaci\u00f3n de medios densos<\/strong><br \/>\nEl DMS se puede utilizar en la industria de la joyer\u00eda, debido a que el diamante es m\u00e1s denso que la roca, y tambi\u00e9n se puede utilizar en la industria del mineral de hierro, ya que la hematita es m\u00e1s densa que la s\u00edlice. En la industria del carb\u00f3n, donde la densidad del carb\u00f3n es menor que la s\u00edlice, tambi\u00e9n se puede utilizar DMS.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Principio de funcionamiento de la tecnolog\u00eda DMS<\/strong><br \/>\nEl proceso de separaci\u00f3n en medio pesado se basa en un medio de densidad espec\u00edfica (gravedad espec\u00edfica) que se encuentra entre la densidad de los minerales que se desea separar. Una vez sumergidos los minerales en el medio, los de menor densidad flotan hacia arriba y los de mayor densidad se hunden.<br \/>\nEl proceso de separaci\u00f3n en medio denso consta de tres etapas: preconcentraci\u00f3n del material de alimentaci\u00f3n, separaci\u00f3n en medio denso y recuperaci\u00f3n de los medios ferrosos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ventajas de la separaci\u00f3n por medios pesados en miner\u00eda<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Alta eficiencia y precisi\u00f3n de separaci\u00f3n La eficiencia de HMS depende principalmente de la gravedad espec\u00edfica de las part\u00edculas de mineral, menos afectada por el tama\u00f1o y la forma de las part\u00edculas de mineral.<br \/>\n2. Amplia granulometr\u00eda procesable de 300 mm a 500 \u03bcm.<br \/>\n3. F\u00e1cil de manejar y controlar, baja inversi\u00f3n en equipos.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4776\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/media-separation-process.jpg\" alt=\"proceso de separaci\u00f3n de medios\" width=\"800\" height=\"468\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/media-separation-process.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/media-separation-process-300x176.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/media-separation-process-768x449.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>2 Esquema de tratamiento del DMS<\/h2>\n<p>En resumen, preparaci\u00f3n de la alimentaci\u00f3n \u21d2 separaci\u00f3n de medios densos \u21d2 recuperaci\u00f3n de medios con base f\u00e9rrica.<\/p>\n<h3>2.1 Preparaci\u00f3n del pienso<\/h3>\n<p>La preparaci\u00f3n de la alimentaci\u00f3n incluye un proceso de reducci\u00f3n y clasificaci\u00f3n del tama\u00f1o de las part\u00edculas para garantizar que el recipiente de separaci\u00f3n de medios pesados reciba una gama de tama\u00f1os de part\u00edculas adecuada. El proceso de preparaci\u00f3n de la alimentaci\u00f3n incluye la trituraci\u00f3n, el lavado, el deslimado, etc.<\/p>\n<p>El tama\u00f1o de la mena en bruto suele reducirse mediante trituradoras de piedra, como trituradoras de cono, de mand\u00edbulas, giratorias o de impacto. El material triturado puede lavarse para romper las arcillas y las part\u00edculas aglomeradas o frotarse para romper los minerales de ganga fr\u00e1giles y eliminarlos mediante cribado.<br \/>\nLos lodos pueden causar ineficiencias en el proceso DMS debido al aumento de la viscosidad de los lodos, lo que afecta al movimiento de las part\u00edculas finas.<br \/>\nPara los materiales que no requieren lavado u otros tratamientos previos, el producto triturado se env\u00eda directamente a la plataforma de cribado horizontal de la planta DMS para eliminar las part\u00edculas finas\/limos.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/es\/producto\/\"><span style=\"background-color: #ccffff;\"><strong>Equipos relacionados<\/strong><\/span><\/a>: trituradoras de piedra, cribas de clasificaci\u00f3n, lavador, cicl\u00f3n, tolva de alimentaci\u00f3n, alimentador vibratorio, cinta transportadora, espesador.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2.2 Separaci\u00f3n en medio denso<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En resumen, el proceso DMS consiste en concentrar los minerales objetivo y descargar los elementos rechazados. Gracias a la preparaci\u00f3n, los elementos de rechazo se descargan y minimizan los requisitos de procesamiento, la m\u00e1quina separadora es el coraz\u00f3n de la planta DMS.<br \/>\nHay dos tipos de recipientes separadores DMS, uno est\u00e1tico, a saber, el recipiente de ba\u00f1o abierto, que se utiliza com\u00fanmente para separar part\u00edculas gruesas, mediante el uso de la velocidad de sedimentaci\u00f3n por gravedad natural; otro es el tipo din\u00e1mico, generalmente utilizado para part\u00edculas m\u00e1s finas, que hace uso de las fuerzas centr\u00edfugas que refuerzan la velocidad de sedimentaci\u00f3n en el lodo medio pesado.<\/p>\n<p>El principio de funcionamiento del cicl\u00f3n DMS es similar al de un hidrocicl\u00f3n com\u00fan. Los lodos de flotaci\u00f3n y de hundimiento de la m\u00e1quina separadora fluyen por separado a las cribas vibratorias, que est\u00e1n equipadas con una placa de tamiz con un tama\u00f1o de poro menor que el de la criba de preparaci\u00f3n de la alimentaci\u00f3n. La primera parte del tamiz se utiliza para drenar el medio de alta densidad. El tamiz es demasiado peque\u00f1o y se comunica a trav\u00e9s de la bobina de desmagnetizaci\u00f3n al dep\u00f3sito del medio de circulaci\u00f3n, donde se mezcla con el pienso reci\u00e9n importado.
