La sustituci\u00f3n de la placa protectora es la principal carga de trabajo de mantenimiento del alimentador de placas pesadas, el mantenimiento de inactividad restringe la eficiencia de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00danase a nosotros para saber c\u00f3mo prolongar la vida \u00fatil del alimentador de delantal.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;font-family:Acme;font-weight:400;font-style:normal\" class=\"vc_custom_heading vc_do_custom_heading vc_custom_1565145959654\" >Especificaci\u00f3n del alimentador de delantal y caracter\u00edsticas del material de alimentaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>Modelo de alimentador de delantal 1200 mm\u00d76048 mm<br \/>\nAnchura de la cadena: 1200 mm<br \/>\nVelocidad de alimentaci\u00f3n: (0,064\uff5e0,1) m\/s (control de frecuencia)<br \/>\nCapacidad: 200\uff5e350 t\/h<br \/>\nTama\u00f1o de alimentaci\u00f3n: \u2264300 mm<br \/>\nDensidad aparente del material: 1960 kg \/ m3<br \/>\nModelo de motor: YP2-180M-4, 18,5 kW<br \/>\nModelo de reductor: M5RHT60, relaci\u00f3n de velocidad: 436,87.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;font-family:Acme;font-weight:400;font-style:normal\" class=\"vc_custom_heading vc_do_custom_heading vc_custom_1565146079315\" >An\u00e1lisis de la situaci\u00f3n y problemas existentes<\/h2>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>La placa protectora de dos lados del dep\u00f3sito de mineral utiliza acero resistente al desgaste, su vida \u00fatil es de unos 6 meses.<br \/>\nNuestro ingeniero descubri\u00f3 que la parte del perno de montaje de la placa de protecci\u00f3n estaba muy desgastada, y exist\u00eda el riesgo de que se cayera la placa de protecci\u00f3n, lo que causaba un peligro para la seguridad del proceso siguiente.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el an\u00e1lisis, la protecci\u00f3n no est\u00e1 sometida a tensiones uniformes, y el desgaste de la parte inferior es m\u00e1s serie que el de la superior.<br \/>\nDebido principalmente al movimiento relativo del mineral y la placa protectora, se genera la fricci\u00f3n de deslizamiento y la fuerza de presi\u00f3n, provocando as\u00ed el desgaste de la placa protectora.<br \/>\nAdem\u00e1s, a medida que el mineral cae de la pila al fondo, el mineral del fondo se mueve m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido y recibe m\u00e1s fuerza de presi\u00f3n. Seg\u00fan el principio de fuerza y reacci\u00f3n, la parte inferior del escudo es aplastada por el mineral. La fuerza y la fricci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n son mayores, por lo que la parte inferior de la placa protectora se desgasta m\u00e1s gravemente.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;font-family:Acme;font-weight:400;font-style:normal\" class=\"vc_custom_heading vc_do_custom_heading vc_custom_1565146211699\" >Soluciones<\/h2>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>(1) A\u00f1ada el dispositivo de protecci\u00f3n de pernos. Se ha dise\u00f1ado un saliente redondo de 20 mm de grosor en cada orificio para proteger los pernos.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Uso inteligente de la banda resistente al desgaste (Fig. 1). Seg\u00fan la trayectoria de desgaste del mineral de material, a\u00f1ada una banda resistente al desgaste en el panel (470 mm \u00d7 30 mm \u00d7 40 mm), y a\u00f1ada 3 bandas resistentes al desgaste en la parte inferior (1075 mm \u00d7 30 mm \u00d7 40 mm, 400 mm \u00d730 mm \u00d7 40 mm, 250 mm \u00d7 30 mm \u00d7 40 mm).<\/p>\n<p>Cuando el alimentador de placa pesada est\u00e1 en funcionamiento, el espacio formado entre las bandas de desgaste se llenar\u00e1 de mineral fino y mineral peque\u00f1o. Estos minerales peque\u00f1os y la placa protectora est\u00e1n relativamente est\u00e1ticos, formando una capa protectora de la placa, reduciendo el desgaste causado por la fricci\u00f3n directa entre la placa protectora y el mineral grande, alargando as\u00ed la vida \u00fatil de la placa protectora (Fig. 2).<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div  class=\"wpb_single_image wpb_content_element despu\u00e9s de la optimizaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>Mediante el dise\u00f1o de optimizaci\u00f3n estructural de las placas de protecci\u00f3n a ambos lados del dep\u00f3sito de mineral de la mina, se ha resuelto por completo el problema del desgaste desigual y el desgaste grave de la placa de protecci\u00f3n, y la vida \u00fatil de la placa de protecci\u00f3n optimizada se prolonga de 6 a 24 meses (Figura 3).<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;font-family:Acme;font-weight:400;font-style:normal\" class=\"vc_custom_heading vc_do_custom_heading vc_custom_1565146304355\" >Conclusi\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>El proyecto ha logrado buenos resultados, ha resuelto el problema de la corta vida \u00fatil de la placa protectora, ha reducido la frecuencia de mantenimiento y reparaci\u00f3n del alimentador de delantal pesado, ha reducido la presi\u00f3n laboral del personal de mantenimiento y ha mejorado la eficiencia operativa del equipo y la estabilidad del sistema de producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div  class=\"wpb_single_image wpb_content_element vc_align_center wpb_content_element\">\n\t\t\n\t\t<figure
