Copper Ore Description<\/span><\/h2>\n

Copper ore refers to the general term of available natural mineral aggregates containing copper. Copper ore is generally an aggregate composed of copper sulfide or oxide and other minerals, which reacts with sulfuric acid to produce blue-green copper sulfate. The industrial minerals of copper include natural copper, chalcopyrite, chalcocite, tetrahedrite, chalcocite, malachite, etc. More than 280 kinds of copper-bearing minerals have been found, of which only 16 are the main ones. Chalcopyrite (a compound of copper, sulfur, and iron) is the main mine in China, followed by chalcocite and bornite. <\/p>\n

This JXSC Setup is a complete set rock copper processing plant<\/strong>, including crushing, grinding, gravity separation, copper concentrate ore dewatering system, tailing water recycle system<\/strong><\/em>, etc.<\/p>\n

Main Machines Used in This Plant:<\/strong> Feeding hopper, chute feeder, primary jaw crusher, secondary jaw crusher, impact fine crusher, ball mill<\/a>, spiral chute<\/a>, shaking table<\/a>, cone thickener<\/a> for concentrate, plate filter press<\/a>, thickener for tailings.<\/p>\n

The chute feeder is for feeding raw material to primary jaw crusher more stable and smoothly. Primary jaw crusher is for crushing big stone to a smaller size, secondary jaw crusher is for crushing rock to below 30mm, impact fine crusher is for a crush to below 10mm, so as can increase the ball mill\u2019s grinding effect with smaller model saving energy and cost. The ball mill is for grinding 0-10mm material to 200mesh working together with cyclone. Then 200mesh slurry will be pumped to two stages spiral chute for primary separation, all heavy mineral concentrate ore from spiral chute will go to shaking table to concentrate again, so as to reach high-grade copper concentrate.<\/p>\n

After getting the copper concentrate ore from the shaking table, concentrate ore will be pumped into a thickener to make suitable density concentrate, then go to plate filter press to filter water and get dry copper concentrate. At the same time, all the tailing material will go to a cone thickener to make suitable density, then go to a plate filter press to recycle the water to use.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
