Es decir, <strong>mineral de sulfuro<\/strong>que contenga menos de 10% de \u00f3xido de cobre; <strong>mineral oxidado<\/strong>que contiene m\u00e1s de 30% de \u00f3xido de cobre; <strong>mineral mezclado<\/strong>que contiene de 10% a 30% de \u00f3xido de cobre.<\/p>\n<h2>Flotaci\u00f3n de sulfuros de cobre<\/h2>\n<h4>Clasificaci\u00f3n del mineral de sulfuro de cobre<\/h4>\n<p>(1) Mineral de cobre simple. Su composici\u00f3n es relativamente simple y el \u00fanico componente valioso es el cobre. La ganga es principalmente cuarzo, silicatos y carbonatos.<br \/>\n(2) Mineral de cobre y azufre. Los componentes valiosos son el cobre y la pirita.<br \/>\n(3) Pirita de cobre. Los componentes valiosos son el cobre, la pirita y la magnetita.<br \/>\n(4) Mineral de cobre-molibdeno. Los componentes valiosos son el cobre, la pirita, la magnetita y la molibdenita.<br \/>\n(5) Mineral de cobre-n\u00edquel. Los componentes valiosos son el cobre, la pirita que contiene n\u00edquel y la pirrotita.<br \/>\n(6) Mineral de cobre-cobalto. Los componentes valiosos son el cobre, la pirita que contiene cobalto.<\/p>\n<h4>Ley de flotaci\u00f3n de minerales sulfurados de cobre<\/h4>\n<p>(1) Todos los minerales de cobre sin hierro, como la calcosina y la covelina, son similares en cuanto a flotabilidad, y el cianuro y la cal tienen efectos inhibidores m\u00e1s d\u00e9biles sobre ellos.<br \/>\n(2) Todos los minerales de cobre que contienen hierro, como la calcopirita y la bornita, son susceptibles de inhibici\u00f3n por el cianuro y la cal en medios alcalinos.<br \/>\n(3) El colector de xantato se adsorbe qu\u00edmicamente principalmente con el cati\u00f3n Cu2+, por lo que la superficie contiene m\u00e1s minerales Cu2+ y tiene un efecto m\u00e1s fuerte con el xantato. El orden de fuerza es: calcosina &gt; &gt; covelina &gt; &gt; bornita &gt; &gt; calcopirita.<br \/>\n(4) La flotabilidad de los minerales de sulfuro de cobre tambi\u00e9n se ve afectada por factores como el tama\u00f1o del cristal, el tama\u00f1o intergranular y el primario o secundario. La cristalizaci\u00f3n y las incrustaciones son demasiado finas para ser dif\u00edciles de flotar. El mineral de sulfuro de cobre secundario se oxida f\u00e1cilmente y es menos probable que flote que el mineral de cobre primario.<\/p>\n<p>Casi todas las menas de sulfuro de cobre contienen sulfuros de hierro, por lo que, en cierto sentido, la flotaci\u00f3n de las menas de sulfuro de cobre consiste esencialmente en separar el sulfuro de cobre del sulfuro de hierro.
