Tout d'abord, nous utilisons un convoyeur \u00e0 bande pour acheminer le mat\u00e9riau jusqu'\u00e0 la tr\u00e9mie. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/fr\/lavage-de-lor\/trommel-a-or\/\">laveur \u00e0 tambour<\/a> pour le lavage et le criblage du minerai brut. Placer les pierres de 0 \u00e0 2 mm dans un bassin de pulpe et les pierres de 2 \u00e0 10 mm dans un bassin de pulpe. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/fr\/separateur-de-gravite\/concentrateur-a-jig\/\">s\u00e9parateur \u00e0 jig<\/a> pour s\u00e9lectionner un concentr\u00e9 d'\u00e9tain de 2 \u00e0 10 mm.<\/p>\n<p>Les pierres de plus de 10 mm sont transport\u00e9es par un convoyeur \u00e0 bande jusqu'au lieu de stockage. Ensuite, un chariot \u00e9l\u00e9vateur \u00e0 fourche achemine la pierre vers une tr\u00e9mie et un alimentateur \u00e0 glissi\u00e8re l'achemine vers une tr\u00e9mie de stockage. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/fr\/concasseur-de-roches\/broyeur-a-marteaux\/\">broyeur \u00e0 marteaux<\/a>. La pierre apr\u00e8s le broyage sera de 10 mm. Utilisez un convoyeur \u00e0 bande pour la transporter jusqu'\u00e0 l'usine. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/fr\/concasseur-de-roches\/concasseur-a-double-rouleau\/\">concasseur \u00e0 rouleaux<\/a> pour le broyer \u00e0 nouveau jusqu'\u00e0 2 mm, puis utiliser un convoyeur \u00e0 bande pour le transporter jusqu'au crible \u00e0 haute fr\u00e9quence afin d'\u00e9liminer le sable de plus de 2 mm. Utiliser un convoyeur \u00e0 bande pour le transporter \u00e0 nouveau vers le concasseur \u00e0 cylindres pour le broyer \u00e0 nouveau.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s le crible, le sable de 0 \u00e0 2 mm s'\u00e9coule dans le bassin de pulpe (le m\u00eame bassin que la d\u00e9charge de l'\u00e9purateur \u00e0 trommel de 0 \u00e0 2 mm). Une pompe \u00e0 boues alimente le sable de 0-2 mm vers le bassin de pulpe. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/fr\/separateur-de-gravite\/chute-en-spirale\/\">chute en spirale<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Utiliser une goulotte en spirale \u00e0 deux \u00e9tages. La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape traite le sable de 0 \u00e0 2 mm. La goulotte en spirale a trois sorties : les concentr\u00e9s, les r\u00e9sidus interm\u00e9diaires et les r\u00e9sidus. Utilisez ensuite une pompe \u00e0 boues pour pomper les r\u00e9sidus interm\u00e9diaires vers l'\u00e9tape suivante afin de les r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer.
