Les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res sont d\u00e9charg\u00e9es dans la tr\u00e9mie de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res par l'excavateur, puis dans une tr\u00e9mie de stockage. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/fr\/machine-dalimentation\/alimentateur-vibrant\/\">alimentateur vibrant<\/a> pour alimenter uniform\u00e9ment le laveur \u00e0 trommel en mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res. L'alimentateur vibrant avec la barre de pr\u00e9hension a un \u00e9cart de 70 mm, dans le cas de grosses pierres dans les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, les grosses pierres de plus de 70 mm peuvent \u00eatre retir\u00e9es de l'alimentateur vibrant.<\/p>\n<p>2. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/fr\/lavage-de-lor\/trommel-a-or\/\">Laveur \u00e0 tambour<\/a> est utilis\u00e9 pour laver les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et cribler les d\u00e9chets de plus de 2 mm. Les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res \u00e9tant principalement constitu\u00e9es de terre et d'argile, je dois d'abord passer au laveur \u00e0 trommel pour le lavage. Le laveur \u00e0 trommel est \u00e9quip\u00e9 de deux couches de tamis en PU, avec des mailles de 2 mm et 20 mm. Le tamis en PU de 20 mm prot\u00e8ge les mailles de 2 mm.<\/p>\n<p>3. Apr\u00e8s le lavage et le criblage par le laveur \u00e0 trommel, les mat\u00e9riaux de 2 mm sont pomp\u00e9s vers la station de traitement des eaux us\u00e9es. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/fr\/separateur-de-gravite\/chute-en-spirale\/\">s\u00e9parateurs en spirale<\/a>soit un total de 18 ensembles. Le produit interm\u00e9diaire des spirales de d\u00e9grossissage est pomp\u00e9 vers les spirales de nettoyage pour une s\u00e9paration plus pouss\u00e9e afin d'am\u00e9liorer le taux de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration. Les spirales plus propres sont au nombre de 9. Le nombre total de spirales est donc de 27.<\/p>\n<p>4. Tous les concentr\u00e9s de chrome provenant des spirales les plus grossi\u00e8res et des spirales les plus propres sont envoy\u00e9s dans un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/fr\/separateur-magnetique\/separateur-magnetique-a-tambour-humide\/\">s\u00e9parateur magn\u00e9tique<\/a> r\u00e9duire une partie du fer de la magn\u00e9tite pour augmenter le taux de Cr\/Fe.<\/p>\n<p>5. Le concentr\u00e9 de chrome provenant du s\u00e9parateur magn\u00e9tique est pomp\u00e9 vers des tables \u00e0 secousses, ce qui repr\u00e9sente au total 30 ensembles de tables \u00e0 secousses. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/fr\/separateur-de-gravite\/table-a-secousses-pour-lor\/\">tables \u00e0 secousses<\/a>. Chaque groupe de 15 tables \u00e0 secousses correspond \u00e0 un r\u00e9servoir de distribution. La pompe \u00e0 boues envoie le concentr\u00e9 de chrome dans le r\u00e9servoir de distribution, qui distribue ensuite la boue \u00e0 chaque ensemble de tables \u00e0 secousses. La table \u00e0 secousses est la derni\u00e8re machine de s\u00e9paration fine, elle peut am\u00e9liorer efficacement la teneur en chrome du concentr\u00e9 pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de nos clients. Les r\u00e9sidus interm\u00e9diaires de toutes les tables \u00e0 secousses sont renvoy\u00e9s vers des spirales plus propres pour une nouvelle s\u00e9paration afin d'augmenter le taux de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration. Les r\u00e9sidus des tables \u00e0 secousses sont envoy\u00e9s dans le bassin de d\u00e9cantation.<\/p>\n<p>6. Le concentr\u00e9 de chrome provenant de toutes les tables \u00e0 secousses est envoy\u00e9 dans une machine de d\u00e9shydratation \u00e0 vis pour en retirer la majeure partie de l'eau. Le flux inf\u00e9rieur de la machine de d\u00e9shydratation \u00e0 vis est achemin\u00e9 vers le crible de d\u00e9shydratation pour une d\u00e9shydratation suppl\u00e9mentaire, de sorte que le concentr\u00e9 d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9 peut \u00eatre transport\u00e9 vers la pile de produits finis par un convoyeur \u00e0 bande. Le trop-plein des machines de d\u00e9shydratation \u00e0 vis et la boue sous le crible sont renvoy\u00e9s dans le syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9shydratation. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/fr\/classer\/hydrocyclone\/\">hydrocyclone<\/a> par une pompe, le trop-plein du cyclone se dirige vers le bassin de d\u00e9cantation et le trop-plein vers le crible de d\u00e9shydratation.
