class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1: Raw Material Feeding<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The raw alluvial chrome ore is fed into the processing plant system through a feeding hopper or conveyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2: Washing and Screening<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>The raw ore enters a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/fr\/lavage-de-lor\/crible-a-trommel\/\">crible \u00e0 trommel<\/a> where washing takes place. This equipment:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Washes the ore material to remove clay and other impurities.<\/li>\n<li>Screens out waste material and oversized particles.<\/li>\n<li>Allows properly sized material to pass through as an underscreen product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Step 3: Slurry Pumping<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The underscreen material (washed and properly sized ore) is pumped as slurry to the gravity separation circuit using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/fr\/pompe-a-boues-pompe-a-gravier\/\">pompes \u00e0 boues<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4: Gravity Separation<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>The slurry is processed through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/fr\/separateur-de-gravite\/chute-en-spirale\/\">goulottes en spirale<\/a> for gravity concentration:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Heavy chrome minerals are separated from lighter gangue minerals.<\/li>\n<li>The spiral chute provides high-capacity processing with effective separation.<\/li>\n<li>In this setup, a single-stage spiral system is utilized due to the high-grade nature of the raw ore.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Step 5: Magnetic Separation<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>The concentrate from the spiral chutes is directed to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/fr\/separateur-magnetique\/separateur-magnetique-a-tambour-humide\/\">wet magnetic separators<\/a>:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This customized step removes iron contaminants from the chrome concentrate.<\/li>\n<li>Improves the quality and purity of the final chrome product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Step 6: Tailings Management<\/strong><br \/>\nThe tailings (rejected material) from the spiral separation process are pumped to a tailings pond for proper disposal and water recovery.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 7: Product Collection<\/strong><br \/>\nThe final chrome concentrate (after magnetic separation) is collected as the finished product, ready for further processing or market.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Notes :<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>For lower-grade raw ore, a two-stage spiral configuration is recommended:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The first stage separates the initial concentrate.<\/li>\n<li>Middling materials from the first stage are pumped to the second-stage spirals.<\/li>\n<li>This configuration achieves a higher overall recovery
