Pour le minerai de barytine contenant une grande quantit\u00e9 de boue, un processus de lavage suppl\u00e9mentaire est n\u00e9cessaire.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-16872 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/barite.jpg\" alt=\"barytine\" width=\"472\" height=\"348\"><\/p>\n<h2>Le principe du processus de la machine \u00e0 jigger pour la barytine<\/h2>\n<p>En fonction de la diff\u00e9rence de gravit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifique entre la barytine et sa gangue associ\u00e9e, la barytine est stratifi\u00e9e en fonction de la gravit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifique dans le courant d'eau alternatif vertical g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par la jigger. Machine \u00e0 jig 2LTC-6109\/8T, utilis\u00e9e pour traiter le minerai de barytine \u00e0 grain fin de 0 \u00e0 10 mm.<\/p>\n<p>Le concentr\u00e9 produit par les jigs \u2460-\u2463 s'\u00e9coule dans le bassin de concentr\u00e9 granulaire de 10-30 mm par des tuyaux ou des goulottes, et le concentr\u00e9 produit par les jigs n\u00b0 \u2464 s'\u00e9coule dans le bassin de concentr\u00e9 granulaire de 0-10 mm. Le sch\u00e9ma de d\u00e9shydratation m\u00e9canique peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre con\u00e7u en fonction des besoins.<\/p>\n<h3>\u2465 Circulation de l'eau<\/h3>\n<p>La consommation d'eau des gabarits est relativement importante, c'est pourquoi ils fonctionnent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement par circulation d'eau.
