These diverse copper oxide minerals exhibit vastly different natural hydrophilic characteristics; when combined with copper sulfide minerals\u2014which also vary in floatability\u2014these differences dictate the varying levels of difficulty in separation. <strong>Flottation<\/strong> currently stands as the primary separation method for copper oxide ores, categorized into two main approaches\u2014<em><strong>direct flotation and sulfidization flotation<\/strong><\/em>\u2014based on ore properties. Copper sulfide ores are further classified into mono-metallic and polymetallic types; the former involves relatively simple flotation processes, whereas the latter requires more complex flow-sheet designs due to the presence of associated valuable metals. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/fr\/solution\/\">Mineral processing plants<\/a> rely on tailored flotation processes to efficiently concentrate copper minerals from raw ore, significantly upgrading the copper concentrate grade and providing suitable feedstock for subsequent copper smelting. Specialized equipment for various stages of the flotation process provides the essential support for implementing these techniques; in the following sections, <strong>we will systematically outline eight core flotation processes suited to different types of copper ore, as well as nine key pieces of equipment commonly used throughout the entire process.<\/strong><\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<h2 style=\"color: #1E73BE;text-align: center\" class=\"vc_custom_heading vc_do_custom_heading vc_custom_1785894655763\" >8 Core Flotation Processes<\/h2>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<div><strong>1.
