Le processus peut \u00eatre men\u00e9 \u00e0 des tailles de particules aussi grossi\u00e8res que 300 mm et aussi fines que 500 \u03bcm avec une grande efficacit\u00e9 de s\u00e9paration, en fonction des caract\u00e9ristiques de lib\u00e9ration des min\u00e9raux de valeur. La s\u00e9paration en milieu dense est \u00e9galement appel\u00e9e s\u00e9paration en milieu lourd.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application de l'usine de s\u00e9paration en milieu dense<\/strong><br \/>\nLe DMS peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans l'industrie de la bijouterie, car le corps du diamant est plus dense que la roche, et peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans l'industrie du minerai de fer, car l'h\u00e9matite est plus dense que la silice. Dans l'industrie du charbon, o\u00f9 la densit\u00e9 du charbon est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de la silice, on peut \u00e9galement utiliser le DMS.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Principe de fonctionnement de la technologie DMS<\/strong><br \/>\nLe processus de s\u00e9paration par milieu lourd repose sur un milieu dont la densit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifique (gravit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifique) se situe entre les densit\u00e9s des min\u00e9raux vis\u00e9s par la s\u00e9paration. Une fois les min\u00e9raux immerg\u00e9s dans le milieu, les min\u00e9raux de faible densit\u00e9 flottent vers le haut et les min\u00e9raux de plus grande densit\u00e9 descendent vers le bas.<br \/>\nLe processus de s\u00e9paration en milieu dense comporte trois \u00e9tapes : la pr\u00e9concentration des mat\u00e9riaux d'alimentation, la s\u00e9paration en milieu dense et la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des mat\u00e9riaux ferreux.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avantages de la s\u00e9paration des m\u00e9dias lourds dans l'industrie mini\u00e8re<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Efficacit\u00e9 et pr\u00e9cision de s\u00e9paration \u00e9lev\u00e9es L'efficacit\u00e9 du SMH d\u00e9pend principalement de la gravit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifique des particules de minerai, moins affect\u00e9e par la taille et la forme des particules de minerai.<br \/>\n2. Large taille de particules pouvant \u00eatre trait\u00e9es, de 300 mm \u00e0 500 \u03bcm.<br \/>\n3. Facilit\u00e9 d'utilisation et de contr\u00f4le, faible investissement en \u00e9quipement.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4776\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/media-separation-process.jpg\" alt=\"processus de s\u00e9paration des m\u00e9dias\" width=\"800\" height=\"468\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/media-separation-process.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/media-separation-process-300x176.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/media-separation-process-768x449.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>2 Sch\u00e9ma de traitement des DMS<\/h2>\n<p>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, pr\u00e9paration de l'alimentation \u21d2 s\u00e9paration des milieux denses \u21d2 r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des milieux ferreux.<\/p>\n<h3>2.1 Pr\u00e9paration des aliments pour animaux<\/h3>\n<p>La pr\u00e9paration de l'alimentation comprend un processus de r\u00e9duction et de classement de la taille des particules afin de s'assurer qu'une gamme de tailles de particules appropri\u00e9e est fournie au r\u00e9cipient de s\u00e9paration en milieu lourd. Le processus de pr\u00e9paration de l'alimentation comprend le concassage\/le broyage, le lavage\/le r\u00e9curage, le d\u00e9chaulage, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Le minerai brut est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement r\u00e9duit en taille \u00e0 l'aide d'un concasseur de pierre tel qu'un concasseur \u00e0 c\u00f4ne, un concasseur \u00e0 m\u00e2choires, un concasseur giratoire ou un concasseur \u00e0 percussion. Le mat\u00e9riau concass\u00e9 peut \u00eatre frott\u00e9 pour briser les argiles et les particules agglom\u00e9r\u00e9es ou frott\u00e9 pour briser les min\u00e9raux de gangue fragiles en vue d'une \u00e9limination ult\u00e9rieure par criblage.<br \/>\nLes boues peuvent entra\u00eener des inefficacit\u00e9s dans le processus de DMS en raison de l'augmentation de la viscosit\u00e9 de la boue, ce qui affecte le mouvement des particules fines.<br \/>\nPour les mat\u00e9riaux qui ne n\u00e9cessitent pas de lavage ou d'autres pr\u00e9traitements, le produit broy\u00e9 est directement envoy\u00e9 sur le plateau de criblage horizontal de l'installation DMS afin d'\u00e9liminer les particules fines\/les limons.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/fr\/produit\/\"><span style=\"background-color: #ccffff;\"><strong>\u00c9quipement connexe<\/strong><\/span><\/a>: concasseurs de pierre, cribles de classification, \u00e9purateur, cyclone, tr\u00e9mie d'alimentation, alimentateur vibrant, bande transporteuse, \u00e9paississeur.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2.2 S\u00e9paration des milieux denses<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En bref, le processus DMS consiste \u00e0 concentrer les min\u00e9raux cibles et \u00e0 \u00e9vacuer les \u00e9l\u00e9ments rejet\u00e9s. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments rejet\u00e9s sont \u00e9vacu\u00e9s et les besoins de traitement sont r\u00e9duits au minimum. La machine de s\u00e9paration est le c\u0153ur de l'usine DMS.<br \/>\nIl existe deux types de cuves de s\u00e9paration DMS : l'une statique, \u00e0 savoir la cuve \u00e0 bain ouvert, est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9e pour s\u00e9parer les particules grossi\u00e8res, en utilisant la vitesse de s\u00e9dimentation par gravit\u00e9 ; l'autre est de type dynamique, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9e pour les particules plus fines, en utilisant les forces centrifuges qui renforcent la vitesse de s\u00e9dimentation dans la boue de milieu lourd.<\/p>\n<p>Le principe de fonctionnement du cyclone DMS est similaire \u00e0 celui d'un hydrocyclone ordinaire. Le minerai est immerg\u00e9 dans un milieu dense, se d\u00e9place sous pression, les particules de densit\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que la boue se d\u00e9placent le long de la paroi de l'hydrocyclone et descendent vers le haut de l'hydrocyclone, passant finalement par le flux inf\u00e9rieur de l'hydrocyclone, tandis que les particules de densit\u00e9 plus faible entrent dans le vortex et remontent finalement par le trop-plein de l'hydrocyclone.<\/p>\n<p>\u00e9quipement connexe : Installation DMS, cyclone aliment\u00e9 par pompe, cyclone \u00e0 milieu dense<br \/>\n<strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4771\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Ferrous-based-Media-Recovery.jpg\" alt=\"R\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des supports ferreux\" width=\"800\" height=\"534\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Ferrous-based-Media-Recovery.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Ferrous-based-Media-Recovery-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Ferrous-based-Media-Recovery-768x513.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>2.3 R\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des supports ferreux<\/h3>\n<p>Le circuit de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des fluides de l'installation de s\u00e9paration des fluides lourds se compose de deux parties, le circuit de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des fluides et le circuit de dilution des fluides. La boue flottante et la boue descendante provenant de la machine de s\u00e9paration s'\u00e9coulent s\u00e9par\u00e9ment vers les cribles vibrants, qui sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s d'une plaque de tamisage dont la taille des pores est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle du tamis de pr\u00e9paration de l'alimentation. La premi\u00e8re partie du tamis est utilis\u00e9e pour drainer le milieu \u00e0 haute densit\u00e9. Le tamis est trop petit et est ensuite envoy\u00e9 \u00e0 travers le serpentin de d\u00e9magn\u00e9tisation vers le r\u00e9servoir du milieu de circulation, o\u00f9 il est m\u00e9lang\u00e9 avec l'aliment nouvellement import\u00e9.
