Selon le principe de la force et de la r\u00e9action, le fond du bouclier est \u00e9cras\u00e9 par le minerai. La force et la friction \u00e9tant \u00e9galement plus importantes, le fond de la plaque de protection s'use plus s\u00e9rieusement.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;font-family:Acme;font-weight:400;font-style:normal\" class=\"vc_custom_heading vc_do_custom_heading vc_custom_1565146211699\" >Solutions<\/h2>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>(1) Ajouter le dispositif de protection des boulons. Un bossage rond de 20 mm d'\u00e9paisseur est pr\u00e9vu \u00e0 chaque emplacement de trou de boulon pour prot\u00e9ger les boulons.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Utilisation intelligente de la bande r\u00e9sistante \u00e0 l'usure (Fig. 1). En fonction de la trajectoire d'usure du minerai, ajouter une bande r\u00e9sistante \u00e0 l'usure sur le panneau (470 mm \u00d7 30 mm \u00d7 40 mm), et ajouter 3 bandes r\u00e9sistantes \u00e0 l'usure sur le fond (1075 mm \u00d7 30 mm \u00d7 40 mm, 400 mm \u00d7 30 mm \u00d7 40 mm, 250 mm \u00d7 30 mm \u00d7 40 mm).<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque l'alimentateur \u00e0 plaques lourdes fonctionne, l'espace form\u00e9 entre les bandes d'usure est rempli de minerai fin et de petit minerai. Ces petits minerais et la plaque de garde sont relativement statiques, formant une couche protectrice de la plaque, r\u00e9duisant l'usure caus\u00e9e par la friction directe entre la plaque de garde et le gros minerai, prolongeant ainsi la dur\u00e9e de vie de la plaque de garde (Fig. 2).<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div  class=\"wpb_single_image wpb_content_element vc_align_center protection des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de la benne \u00e0 minerai de la mine, le probl\u00e8me de l'usure in\u00e9gale et de l'usure importante de la plaque de protection a \u00e9t\u00e9 compl\u00e8tement r\u00e9solu, et la dur\u00e9e de vie de la plaque de protection optimis\u00e9e est pass\u00e9e de 6 mois \u00e0 24 mois (figure 3).<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;font-family:Acme;font-weight:400;font-style:normal\" class=\"vc_custom_heading vc_do_custom_heading vc_custom_1565146304355\" >Conclusion<\/h2>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>Le projet a obtenu de bons r\u00e9sultats, a r\u00e9solu le probl\u00e8me de la courte dur\u00e9e de vie de la plaque de protection, a r\u00e9duit la fr\u00e9quence de l'entretien et de la r\u00e9paration de l'alimentateur \u00e0 tablier lourd, a r\u00e9duit la pression du travail du personnel d'entretien et a am\u00e9lior\u00e9 l'efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle de l'\u00e9quipement et la stabilit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me de production.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div
