Dans la nature, le mangan\u00e8se a des \u00e9tats de valence II, III, IV\uff0c et VII, parmi lesquels les \u00e9tats de valence II et IV sont les plus courants. Le mangan\u00e8se s'oxyde facilement dans l'air. Dans des conditions de chauffage, le mangan\u00e8se en poudre peut \u00eatre combin\u00e9 avec le chlore, le brome, le phosphore, le soufre, le silicium et le carbone. Le mangan\u00e8se poss\u00e8de de fortes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s lithophiles dans la lithosph\u00e8re terrestre et les m\u00e9t\u00e9orites en phase silicat\u00e9e, mais poss\u00e8de de fortes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s oxyphiles dans la partie sup\u00e9rieure de la lithosph\u00e8re. Bien que le mangan\u00e8se et le fer aient de nombreuses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s chimiques similaires dans la lithosph\u00e8re et les m\u00e9t\u00e9orites, le mangan\u00e8se n'est pas ferrophile. Il suffit de charger les mati\u00e8res dans le bac \u00e0 mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res \u00e0 l'aide d'un camion, d'une excavatrice ou d'un autre moyen, selon vos besoins.<\/p>\n<p>Le concasseur \u00e0 m\u00e2choires sert \u00e0 broyer le minerai brut en petits morceaux, puis le concasseur \u00e0 c\u00f4ne pour obtenir des tailles fines.<\/p>\n<p>Le crible \u00e0 vibration pour la s\u00e9paration de la taille +20mm retourne au concasseur \u00e0 c\u00f4ne, 0-20mm va \u00e0 la tr\u00e9mie+alimentation \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique, puis au broyeur \u00e0 billes.<\/p>\n<p>Le broyeur \u00e0 boulets sert \u00e0 broyer les mat\u00e9riaux de 0 \u00e0 20 mm en 0 \u00e0 1 mm, puis \u00e0 utiliser la pompe \u00e0 boues pour transporter les mat\u00e9riaux de 0 \u00e0 1 mm vers la goulotte en spirale pour s\u00e9parer les min\u00e9raux lourds.<\/p>\n<p>Le s\u00e9parateur magn\u00e9tique \u00e0 double tambour sert \u00e0 s\u00e9parer le mangan\u00e8se des autres min\u00e9raux lourds, ce qui permet d'obtenir un concentr\u00e9 de mangan\u00e8se de meilleure qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La capacit\u00e9 de cette installation de lavage peut \u00eatre personnalis\u00e9e en fonction de la demande, par exemple 10tph, 50tph, 100tph, etc,<\/p>\n<p><strong>Notes :<\/strong> Le convoyeur \u00e0 bande reliant le concasseur \u00e0 m\u00e2choires au concasseur \u00e0 c\u00f4ne devra ajouter le produit de d\u00e9ferrisation pour garantir le fonctionnement s\u00fbr et efficace du concasseur \u00e0 c\u00f4ne.<\/p>\n<p>La chute en spirale se fait normalement en deux phases, le concentr\u00e9 de la premi\u00e8re phase de la chute en spirale passe \u00e0 la deuxi\u00e8me phase pour se concentrer \u00e0 nouveau, ce qui permet d'obtenir une teneur plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e et de
