M\u00e9thode de s\u00e9lection manuelle<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Au d\u00e9but, le d\u00e9veloppement de l'industrie de l'enrichissement \u00e9tait \u00e0 la tra\u00eene et le niveau technique \u00e9tait faible. Comme la plupart des minerais de lithium proviennent de gisements de pegmatite, les principaux min\u00e9raux industriels s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s sont le spodum\u00e8ne, le b\u00e9ryl et d'autres grands cristaux, qui sont faciles \u00e0 s\u00e9lectionner. Par cons\u00e9quent, dans les ann\u00e9es 1850 et 1960, presque tous les minerais de lithium \u00e9taient s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s \u00e0 la main. En 1962, la production mondiale de concentr\u00e9 de b\u00e9ryl \u00e9tait de 7400 tonnes, dont 91% de concentr\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 \u00e0 la main.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, la m\u00e9thode de s\u00e9paration manuelle pr\u00e9sente d'importants d\u00e9fauts, tels qu'une forte intensit\u00e9 de main-d'\u0153uvre, une faible efficacit\u00e9 de production, un gaspillage important des ressources, etc. Avec le d\u00e9veloppement continu de la technologie de traitement des minerais, la m\u00e9thode de flottation a progressivement remplac\u00e9 la m\u00e9thode de s\u00e9paration manuelle pour traiter le minerai de lithium.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><b><\/b><strong>2. La flottation<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Le traitement du minerai de lithium par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/fr\/nouveau\/methode-de-flottation-par-mousse\/\">m\u00e9thode de flottation<\/a> est appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger depuis les ann\u00e9es 1930, mais le traitement du minerai de lithium par la m\u00e9thode de flottation dans mon pays a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 1950. Il existe deux m\u00e9thodes de flottation du spodum\u00e8ne couramment utilis\u00e9es, la flottation positive et la flottation inverse.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #0076c8;\"><strong>Flottation de l\u00e9pidolite<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>La l\u00e9pidolite adopte principalement la flottation positive. Son principe de fonctionnement est le suivant : selon les caract\u00e9ristiques de la l\u00e9pidolite, la flottation facile, la flottation positive est souvent utilis\u00e9e dans le processus d'enrichissement pour obtenir un concentr\u00e9 de lithium.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #0076c8;\"><strong><b>S<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>podum\u00e8ne<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>&nbsp;Flottation<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le traitement du spodum\u00e8ne peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour la flottation positive ou la flottation inverse. Le processus de flottation positive est le processus de flottation pr\u00e9f\u00e9rentielle du spodum\u00e8ne. La m\u00e9thode consiste \u00e0 ajouter de l'hydroxyde de sodium \u00e0 la boue au d\u00e9but pour la remuer et la frotter afin d'\u00e9liminer les polluants \u00e0 la surface. Apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9chaulage et le lavage, les trois m\u00e9thodes suivantes sont utilis\u00e9es pour traiter le spodum\u00e8ne<br \/>\n(1) Flotter d'abord le mica, puis le spodum\u00e8ne et enfin le feldspath.<br \/>\n(2) Flotter d'abord le spodum\u00e8ne, puis le mica, puis le feldspath.<br \/>\n(3) Flottation mixte de spodum\u00e8ne et de mica, et enfin de pierre ponce.<\/p>\n<p>Le processus de flottation inverse est effectu\u00e9 dans une p\u00e2te alcaline, avec de la dextrine, de l'amidon, etc. comme inhibiteurs de spodum\u00e8ne, de l'huile de terpin\u00e9ol comme agent moussant, et des collecteurs cationiques amin\u00e9s pour la flottation du quartz, du feldspath, du mica, etc. Le min\u00e9ral de gangue, apr\u00e8s que le fer a \u00e9t\u00e9 retir\u00e9 du produit dans le
