Selon le principe d'Archim\u00e8de, les particules plus petites que la densit\u00e9 du milieu lourd flottent et les particules plus grandes que la densit\u00e9 du milieu lourd s'enfoncent dans le milieu.<\/p>\n<p>Le mouvement du fluide et la s\u00e9dimentation des particules ne sont plus les principaux facteurs contribuant \u00e0 la stratification, et la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 du milieu lui-m\u00eame est un facteur important de la s\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p>Le milieu lourd comprend le fluide lourd ou le fluide de suspension lourd. Le fluide lourd \u00e9tant co\u00fbteux et toxique, il est rarement utilis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les&nbsp;<strong>fluide de suspension lourd<\/strong>&nbsp;est une suspension compos\u00e9e de particules solides de haute densit\u00e9 finement pulv\u00e9ris\u00e9es et d'eau. C'est pourquoi les m\u00e9thodes DMS sont largement utilis\u00e9es pour la s\u00e9paration des minerais.&nbsp;<strong>charbon<\/strong>&nbsp;et divers&nbsp;<strong>minerais m\u00e9talliques<\/strong>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<strong>minerais non m\u00e9talliques<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e9paration directe du charbon propre et des st\u00e9riles ; s\u00e9paration des r\u00e9sidus grossiers et du concentr\u00e9 brut.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la m\u00e9thode ordinaire de s\u00e9paration par gravit\u00e9, la limite inf\u00e9rieure du minerai d'alimentation est d'environ 2 \u00e0 3 mm (le charbon est de 3 \u00e0 6 mm).<\/p>\n<p>Lors du triage par cyclone moyen lourd, la limite inf\u00e9rieure de la taille du minerai peut \u00eatre r\u00e9duite \u00e0 0,5 mm.<\/p>\n<p>La limite sup\u00e9rieure de la taille des particules de minerai est li\u00e9e \u00e0 la taille du minerai, aux caract\u00e9ristiques d'encastrement\uff0c et \u00e0 la taille de l'\u00e9quipement. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, la taille du minerai est comprise entre 50 et 150 mm, et celle du charbon entre 300 et 500 mm.<\/p>\n<p>Le DMS permet de r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement les roches environnantes et les st\u00e9riles pour une m\u00eame capacit\u00e9 de traitement, de r\u00e9duire la consommation de broyage du minerai et donc de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts de production.<\/p>\n<p>Il ne fait aucun doute que le traitement des min\u00e9raux lourds est l'une des voies les plus prometteuses pour am\u00e9liorer les avantages \u00e9conomiques globaux des mines de m\u00e9taux non ferreux.<\/p>\n<p>\u3010<strong>Limites<\/strong>\u3011<br \/>\nLimit\u00e9e par la densit\u00e9 du solide moyen, il est difficile de pr\u00e9parer une suspension de haute densit\u00e9, de sorte que la m\u00e9thode DMS permet difficilement d'obtenir un concentr\u00e9 final de haute qualit\u00e9. Seule la m\u00e9thode DMS permet d'\u00e9liminer la gangue de monom\u00e8res de faible densit\u00e9 et les roches environnantes, les emp\u00eachant ainsi d'entrer dans l'op\u00e9ration de broyage.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_tta-panel\" id=\"1645078385724-acb575ec-edcd\" data-vc-content=\".vc_tta-panel-body\"><div class=\"vc_tta-panel-heading\"><h4 class=\"vc_tta-panel-title\"><a href=\"#1645078385724-acb575ec-edcd\" data-vc-accordion data-vc-container=\".vc_tta-container\"><span class=\"vc_tta-title-text\">DMS Mineral Processing Technology (technologie de traitement des min\u00e9raux)<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div><div class=\"vc_tta-panel-body\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>Le processus d'enrichissement des mati\u00e8res lourdes comprend <em><strong>pr\u00e9paration du minerai, pr\u00e9paration du milieu, enrichissement du minerai, \u00e9limination du milieu,<\/strong><\/em> et <em><strong>r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration du milieu<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Ce qu'il faut faire&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/fr\/produit\/\">machine de traitement des minerais<\/a>&nbsp;fournissons-nous ?<\/p>\n<p>\u3010<strong>Pr\u00e9paration du minerai<\/strong>\u3011<br \/>\nle concassage, le criblage et le lavage. Afin d'am\u00e9liorer l'efficacit\u00e9 du criblage, nous adoptons g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une m\u00e9thode de criblage de type humide pour laver la boue.<\/p>\n<p>\u3010<strong>Pr\u00e9paration du support<\/strong>\u3011<br \/>\nConcasser et broyer \u00e0 l'avance le ferrosilicium ou la magn\u00e9tite en vrac (utilis\u00e9 comme support solide) \u00e0 la taille requise. Le processus de concassage et de broyage consiste g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en un <em><strong>concasseur \u00e0 m\u00e2choires, broyeur \u00e0 billes, classificateur en spirale, tamis<\/strong><\/em>, etc.<\/p>\n<p>\u3010<strong>Traitement des minerais<\/strong>\u3011<br \/>\nL'enrichissement du minerai consiste \u00e0 s\u00e9parer les min\u00e9raux l\u00e9gers des min\u00e9raux lourds dans la machine de s\u00e9paration du milieu lourd. La densit\u00e9 de la suspension est maintenue stable pendant le processus de tri, il est donc n\u00e9cessaire de pr\u00e9lever fr\u00e9quemment des \u00e9chantillons pour les mesurer.<\/p>\n<p>\u3010<strong>Retrait moyen<\/strong>\u3011<br \/>\nLes produits min\u00e9raux l\u00e9gers et lourds obtenus apr\u00e8s le processus d'enrichissement du minerai sont transport\u00e9s avec une suspension qui doit \u00eatre r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9e.<br \/>\nLe processus de d\u00e9minage est divis\u00e9 en deux sections : la premi\u00e8re section est cribl\u00e9e pour \u00e9liminer le milieu \u00e9pais et retourner directement au processus ; la deuxi\u00e8me section est rinc\u00e9e \u00e0 l'eau sur la machine de criblage pour laver le milieu solide qui adh\u00e8re au minerai.<\/p>\n<p>Le criblage en deux \u00e9tapes peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 sur la m\u00eame machine \u00e0 cribler.<\/p>\n<p>\u3010<strong>Purification du milieu<\/strong>\u3011<br \/>\nEn g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, la quantit\u00e9 de milieu \u00e9pais qui est retir\u00e9e des min\u00e9raux l\u00e9gers et lourds est d'environ 90% \u00e0 95% du milieu total utilis\u00e9, et le reste du milieu solide adh\u00e9rant au minerai est \u00e9vacu\u00e9 vers le milieu dilu\u00e9. Cette partie du milieu est gravement pollu\u00e9e et doit \u00eatre purifi\u00e9e et concentr\u00e9e. L'ensemble de cette op\u00e9ration s'appelle la purification du milieu.<\/p>\n<p>Utiliser la s\u00e9paration magn\u00e9tique, la flottation ou la s\u00e9paration par gravit\u00e9 pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le solide moyen dans le milieu dilu\u00e9, puis le d\u00e9shydrater et le concentrer au moyen d'un cyclone \u00e0 eau et enfin le reconfigurer en une suspension de densit\u00e9 appropri\u00e9e pour le renvoyer dans le processus.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container
