Les principaux \u00e9quipements de s\u00e9paration par gravit\u00e9 sont les goulottes, les tables \u00e0 secousses, les jigs, les hydrocyclones, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Flottation de l'or<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le processus de flottation est largement utilis\u00e9 pour le traitement de l'or filonien. Dans la plupart des cas, la m\u00e9thode de flottation a un bon effet sur les minerais d'or contenant des sulfures et pr\u00e9sentant une grande flottabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, le processus de flottation est \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9 pour les minerais polym\u00e9talliques aurif\u00e8res tels que les minerais d'or-cuivre, d'or-plomb, d'or-cuivre-plomb-zinc-soufre.<\/p>\n<p>Quelles sont les limites de la m\u00e9thode de flottation ? La m\u00e9thode de flottation ne convient pas aux minerais dont la taille des particules est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 0,2 mm, ni aux minerais aurif\u00e8res \u00e0 base de quartz ne contenant pas de sulfure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9thode chimique<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il existe des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s d'extraction de l'or par amalgame et des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s d'extraction de l'or par cyanure.<\/p>\n<p>Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d'amalgamation est un ancien proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d'extraction de l'or, simple et \u00e9conomique, adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de l'or monom\u00e8re \u00e0 gros grains, mais il est polluant pour l'environnement et a \u00e9t\u00e9 progressivement remplac\u00e9 par la s\u00e9paration par gravit\u00e9, la flottation et le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de cyanuration.<\/p>\n<p>Le processus d'extraction de l'or par cyanuration comprend la lixiviation au cyanure, le lavage et la filtration de la pulpe de cyanure, l'extraction de l'or de la solution de cyanuration ou de la pulpe de cyanure, et la fusion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lixiviation en tas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Parmi les ressources en or, le minerai oxyd\u00e9 \u00e0 faible teneur repr\u00e9sente une certaine proportion. Il n'est pas rentable d'utiliser la m\u00e9thode du cyanure pour extraire l'or, et le processus de lixiviation en tas pr\u00e9sente des avantages \u00e9conomiques.<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00e9thode de lixiviation en tas consiste \u00e0 d\u00e9poser le minerai aurif\u00e8re sur un site imperm\u00e9able, puis \u00e0 l'immerger et \u00e0 le lixivier avec une solution de cyanure. Apr\u00e8s dissolution de l'or et de l'argent contenus dans le minerai, les rainures pr\u00e9d\u00e9finies le long du site s'\u00e9coulent dans le r\u00e9servoir de stockage. Le liquide contenant de l'or et de l'argent est adsorb\u00e9 sur du charbon actif, puis d\u00e9sorb\u00e9 pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer l'or et l'argent.<\/p>\n<h3>Usine de lavage d'or plac\u00e9rien<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Processus d'extraction de l'or plac\u00e9rien<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La teneur en or des mines d'or plac\u00e9rien est extr\u00eamement faible, et l'on parle d'orpaillage. L'or plac\u00e9rien est enrichi gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 divers \u00e9quipements d'or plac\u00e9rien \u00e0 haut rendement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes d'extraction de l'or, la m\u00e9thode du s\u00e9parateur par gravit\u00e9 est \u00e9conome en \u00e9nergie, efficace, respectueuse de l'environnement et convient au traitement du minerai d'or plac\u00e9rien.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exploitation d'une mine d'or plac\u00e9rienne<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les gisements d'or plac\u00e9rien sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement exploit\u00e9s \u00e0 l'aide de dragues, de mines hydrauliques, d'excavations et de mines souterraines (puits).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usine de lavage d'or plac\u00e9rien<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-Lavage du minerai.
