Il s'agit de <strong>minerai de sulfure<\/strong>contenant moins de 10% d'oxyde de cuivre ; <strong>minerai oxyd\u00e9<\/strong>contenant plus de 30% d'oxyde de cuivre ; <strong>minerai mixte<\/strong>contenant 10% \u00e0 30% d'oxyde de cuivre.<\/p>\n<h2>Flottation du minerai de cuivre sulfur\u00e9<\/h2>\n<h4>Classification du minerai de sulfure de cuivre<\/h4>\n<p>(1) Minerai de cuivre unique. Sa composition est relativement simple et le seul composant de valeur est le cuivre. La gangue est principalement constitu\u00e9e de quartz, de silicates et de carbonates.<br \/>\n(2) Minerai de cuivre et de soufre. Les composants pr\u00e9cieux sont le cuivre et la pyrite.<br \/>\n(3) Pyrite de cuivre. Les composants pr\u00e9cieux sont le cuivre, la pyrite et la magn\u00e9tite.<br \/>\n(4) Minerai de cuivre-molybd\u00e8ne. Les composants pr\u00e9cieux sont le cuivre, la pyrite, la magn\u00e9tite, la molybd\u00e9nite.<br \/>\n(5) Minerai de cuivre-nickel. Les composants pr\u00e9cieux sont le cuivre, la pyrite contenant du nickel, la pyrrhotite.<br \/>\n(6) Minerai de cuivre et de cobalt. Les composants pr\u00e9cieux sont le cuivre, la pyrite contenant du cobalt.<\/p>\n<h4>Loi de flottation des min\u00e9raux de sulfure de cuivre<\/h4>\n<p>(1) Tous les min\u00e9raux de cuivre sans fer, tels que la chalcocite et la covellite, ont une flottabilit\u00e9 similaire, et le cyanure et la chaux ont des effets inhibiteurs plus faibles sur eux.<br \/>\n(2) Tous les min\u00e9raux de cuivre contenant du fer, tels que la chalcopyrite et la bornite, sont susceptibles d'\u00eatre inhib\u00e9s par le cyanure et la chaux en milieu alcalin.<br \/>\n(3) Le collecteur de xanthate est principalement adsorb\u00e9 chimiquement avec le cation Cu2+, de sorte que la surface contient plus de min\u00e9raux Cu2+ et a un effet plus important avec le xanthate. L'ordre de force est le suivant : chalcocite &gt; &gt; covellite &gt; &gt; bornite &gt; &gt; chalcopyrite.<br \/>\n(4) La flottabilit\u00e9 des min\u00e9raux de sulfure de cuivre est \u00e9galement influenc\u00e9e par des facteurs tels que la taille des cristaux, la taille intergranulaire et le caract\u00e8re primaire ou secondaire. La cristallisation et l'incrustation sont trop fines pour \u00eatre difficiles \u00e0 faire flotter. Le minerai de sulfure de cuivre secondaire est facilement oxyd\u00e9 et a moins de chances de flotter que le minerai de cuivre primaire.<\/p>\n<p>Presque tous les minerais de sulfure de cuivre contiennent des sulfures de fer, de sorte que, dans un sens, la flottation du minerai de sulfure de cuivre consiste essentiellement \u00e0 s\u00e9parer le sulfure de cuivre du sulfure de fer. Les min\u00e9raux de sulfure de fer que l'on trouve g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement dans le minerai de cuivre sont la pyrite et la pyrrhotite.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_row wpb_row
