Pendant des milliers d'ann\u00e9es, la kimberlite \u00e9rod\u00e9e transporte des diamants bruts en aval et les enrichit dans les cours moyen et inf\u00e9rieur de la rivi\u00e8re, au bord de la mer et au large des c\u00f4tes continentales, formant ainsi des gisements de diamants alluviaux. Le premier diamant trouv\u00e9 en Afrique du Sud provenait d'un gisement alluvial.<br \/>\nL'exploitation mini\u00e8re alluviale est la principale source de diamants au monde. Elle repr\u00e9sente 40 % des r\u00e9serves totales de diamants, mais 70 % de la production. De nombreuses mines primaires sont d\u00e9couvertes en remontant les d\u00e9p\u00f4ts alluviaux.<\/p>\n<h3>1. D\u00e9p\u00f4t alluvial fluvial<\/h3>\n<p>En fonction de la localisation des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts alluviaux : il se divise en <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">rivi\u00e8res existantes<\/span> (extraction par voie humide) et <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">rivi\u00e8re ancienne<\/span> (exploitation de gisements de diamants en terrain sec).<br \/>\nL'exploitation des gisements de diamants alluviaux humides fait g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement appel \u00e0 deux m\u00e9thodes d'excavation : la drague et le d\u00e9tournement de cours d'eau.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9thode d'excavation<\/strong>: La drague aspirante est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d'une pompe aspirante \u00e0 haut rendement, qui pompe simultan\u00e9ment le gravier, la boue, le minerai, \u00e9vacue l'eau, puis ramasse les minerais de diamant. La m\u00e9thode de dragage par excavation n'est pas seulement utilis\u00e9e dans les mines fluviales, mais convient \u00e9galement \u00e0 l'exploitation des mines de diamants marines.<br \/>\n<strong>M\u00e9thode de d\u00e9tournement des cours d'eau<\/strong>La construction d'un grand barrage dans une r\u00e9gion permet de drainer l'eau de la rivi\u00e8re et de recueillir la couche de gravier de la rivi\u00e8re. Une fois le gravier collect\u00e9, il est transport\u00e9 \u00e0 la surface et pr\u00e9par\u00e9 pour \u00eatre trait\u00e9, car c'est souvent dans ce gravier que l'on trouve les diamants.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Exploitation mini\u00e8re marine<\/h3>\n<p>Les mines de diamants marins sont divis\u00e9es en trois types : <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">anciennes mines de la plage<\/span>, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">mines de plage existantes<\/span>et <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">mines en mer<\/span>Les gisements miniers en mer peuvent \u00eatre exploit\u00e9s \u00e0 une profondeur d'au moins 200 m\u00e8tres.<br \/>\nLa premi\u00e8re forme d'exploitation mini\u00e8re marine \u00e9tait la plong\u00e9e c\u00f4ti\u00e8re, au cours de laquelle les nageurs ramassaient des graviers contenant des diamants au fond des mers peu profondes. Aujourd'hui, avec le d\u00e9veloppement de la technologie mini\u00e8re sous-marine, l'\u00e9quipement d'exploitation des gisements marins s'est modernis\u00e9 et des dragues mini\u00e8res sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es peuvent effectuer le travail de recherche de diamants en haute mer.<\/p>\n<p>La c\u00f4te namibienne est bien connue pour ses diamants marins. Le navire minier Debmarine Namibia est aujourd'hui le plus grand navire d'extraction de diamants au monde : 170 m\u00e8tres de long, 33 m\u00e8tres de haut, 98 membres d'\u00e9quipage, il produit chaque ann\u00e9e pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 de la production totale de diamants de Debmarine Namibia.<\/p>\n<h3>Processus d'enrichissement des diamants<\/h3>\n<h4>Principaux facteurs influen\u00e7ant le flux de traitement des diamants<\/h4>\n<p>1. composition min\u00e9rale du minerai brut et leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s.<br \/>\n2. granulom\u00e9trie diss\u00e9min\u00e9e<br \/>\n3. biens d'argilisation du minerai<br \/>\n4. fragmentation de la roche environnante<br \/>\n5. teneur en argile du minerai brut<br \/>\n6. valeur de la teneur en min\u00e9raux<br \/>\n7. \u00e9chelle de l'usine de traitement des diamants<br \/>\n8. exigences relatives au concentr\u00e9 de diamant.<\/p>\n<h4>Flux de traitement des diamants<\/h4>\n<p>\u00c9tape 1 - Broyage<br \/>\nUne fois le minerai diamantif\u00e8re et le gravier collect\u00e9s, ils sont transport\u00e9s vers un concasseur primaire. Le concasseur primaire est charg\u00e9 de r\u00e9duire la taille du minerai en morceaux plus petits et plus faciles \u00e0 manipuler ou en morceaux ne mesurant pas plus de 150 mm. Un concasseur secondaire, connu sous le nom de concasseur \u00e0 cylindres, peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour r\u00e9duire davantage la taille du minerai.<br \/>\nAu cours du processus de dissociation, l'int\u00e9grit\u00e9 du cristal doit \u00eatre prot\u00e9g\u00e9e autant que possible. C'est pourquoi le processus de broyage en plusieurs \u00e9tapes est souvent utilis\u00e9 pour s\u00e9parer les diamants qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9par\u00e9s par le monom\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9tape 2 - Nettoyage<br \/>\n\u00c0 ce stade, le minerai est nettoy\u00e9 pour \u00e9liminer les mati\u00e8res exc\u00e9dentaires et est cribl\u00e9. Les mat\u00e9riaux inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 1,5 mm sont rejet\u00e9s car il est trop co\u00fbteux d'extraire des diamants d'un si petit morceau de minerai.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9tape 3 - Installation de s\u00e9paration cyclonique<br \/>\nAu cours de cette \u00e9tape, le minerai diamantif\u00e8re est m\u00e9lang\u00e9 \u00e0 une solution de poudre de ferrosilicium et d'eau, dont la densit\u00e9 relative est mesur\u00e9e. Cette solution est introduite dans un cyclone, qui fait culbuter le mat\u00e9riau et force la s\u00e9paration. Les mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 forte densit\u00e9 tombent au fond, ce qui donne une couche de concentr\u00e9 riche en diamants.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9tape 4 - R\u00e9tablissement<br \/>\nLe concentr\u00e9 riche en diamants est soumis \u00e0 une s\u00e9rie de processus impliquant la susceptibilit\u00e9 magn\u00e9tique, la luminescence des rayons X et la fluorescence laser cristallographique, qui sont calcul\u00e9s sur la base des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifiques des diamants. Ces processus sont con\u00e7us pour s\u00e9parer le diamant brut de tous les autres mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 forte densit\u00e9 collect\u00e9s par l'installation de s\u00e9paration cyclonique. Par exemple, la fluorescence du diamant lorsqu'il est expos\u00e9 \u00e0 des rayons X. Des capteurs d\u00e9tectent les \u00e9clats de lumi\u00e8re \u00e9mis par le diamant et envoient un signal \u00e0 un microprocesseur qui envoie un jet d'air sur le diamant, qui le recrache dans une bo\u00eete de collecte.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9tape 5 - Nettoyage, pesage et conditionnement.<br \/>\nLes diamants collect\u00e9s lors du processus de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration sont nettoy\u00e9s dans une solution acide, lav\u00e9s, pes\u00e9s et emball\u00e9s dans des conteneurs scell\u00e9s pour le transport. Conform\u00e9ment au processus de Kimberley, ces conteneurs sont scell\u00e9s \u00e0 l'aide d'un sceau inviolable, num\u00e9rot\u00e9s sur place et un certificat d'origine est
