La s\u00e9paration magn\u00e9tique est utilis\u00e9e pour \u00e9liminer les impuret\u00e9s.<br \/>\nLe minerai de kyanite \u00e0 grain fin est principalement trait\u00e9 par flottation.<br \/>\nLe minerai de disth\u00e8ne \u00e0 gros grains, y compris le minerai nodulaire \u00e0 gros grains et \u00e0 grains fins, convient \u00e0 la s\u00e9paration par gravit\u00e9 du disth\u00e8ne ou \u00e0 la combinaison gravit\u00e9-flottation. Le minerai est d'abord divis\u00e9 en deux cat\u00e9gories, grossi\u00e8re et fine. La qualit\u00e9 grossi\u00e8re est trait\u00e9e par un concentrateur \u00e0 secousses par gravit\u00e9, et le disth\u00e8ne de qualit\u00e9 fine est r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 par la machine de flottation.<br \/>\nLe minerai de kyanite de type mixte (comprenant deux types de minerai \u00e0 grains grossiers et \u00e0 grains fins) convient \u00e0 l'utilisation du processus combin\u00e9 avec le processus de flottation par gravit\u00e9 ou la m\u00e9thode de flottation graduelle. Outre son utilisation comme mat\u00e9riau r\u00e9fractaire de haute qualit\u00e9 dans l'industrie de la fonte et comme mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re pour l'industrie des c\u00e9ramiques techniques, elle peut \u00e9galement fondre des alliages silicium-aluminium l\u00e9gers et tr\u00e8s r\u00e9sistants, fabriquer des fibres m\u00e9talliques et \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e comme guide pour les avions supersoniques et les engins spatiaux.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Processus d'enrichissement de l'andalousite<\/strong><br \/>\nL'usine de traitement de l'andalousite adopte g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une combinaison de flux comme la flottation magn\u00e9tique, la flottation par gravit\u00e9, la flottation magn\u00e9tique, la flottation magn\u00e9tique-gravit\u00e9.<br \/>\nLe processus de production d'andalousite combinant le magn\u00e9tisme, la gravit\u00e9 et la flottation est la m\u00e9thode d'enrichissement la plus courante. Les mat\u00e9riaux r\u00e9fractaires sont ceux qui r\u00e9sistent \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Par cons\u00e9quent, plus de la moiti\u00e9 du disth\u00e8ne consomm\u00e9 est utilis\u00e9 dans les r\u00e9fractaires pour la production d'acier. Le disth\u00e8ne est \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9 pour produire des r\u00e9fractaires pour les m\u00e9taux non ferreux (ne contenant pas de fer). Une partie est consomm\u00e9e pour fabriquer des r\u00e9fractaires pour le verre et les c\u00e9ramiques r\u00e9sistantes \u00e0 la chaleur.
