L'\u00e9quipement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de s\u00e9paration par gravit\u00e9, tel que le jig \u00e0 pyrite, la chute en spirale, l'hydrocyclone, les tables \u00e0 secousses, etc. peut r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer efficacement la pyrite. Outre la pyrite, les principaux min\u00e9raux m\u00e9talliques du minerai de cuivre-zinc comprennent la chalcopyrite, la sphal\u00e9rite, la gal\u00e8ne, la chalcopyrite, etc. Les principaux min\u00e9raux m\u00e9talliques du minerai en morceaux sont le plomb-vanadium, le cuivre-bleu, la limonite, la magn\u00e9tite, etc.<\/p>\n<p>1. Flottation prioritaire du cuivre et du zinc - flottation et s\u00e9paration mixte du soufre<\/p>\n<p>La pratique a prouv\u00e9 que l'utilisation de l'activation du sulfate de cuivre et du xanthate de butyle comme collecteur lors de la flottation pr\u00e9f\u00e9rentielle du cuivre peut faire en sorte que le minerai mixte zinc-soufre contienne 6,5% de zinc et 40,29% de soufre, et que le taux de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration du zinc et du soufre puisse atteindre plus de 90%. Flottation prioritaire du cuivre, des r\u00e9sidus de zinc et du soufre<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la s\u00e9lection pr\u00e9f\u00e9rentielle du concentr\u00e9 de cuivre, les r\u00e9sidus de cuivre utilisent directement de la chaux pour ajuster le pH de la pulpe afin de supprimer le soufre, le sulfate de cuivre et d'activer les min\u00e9raux de zinc. Lorsque la quantit\u00e9 de chaux est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 3 kg\/t, la p\u00e2te est alcaline et le pH est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 12,2. Le sulfate de cuivre est de 100g \/ t, lorsque le xanthate de butyle est de 60g \/ t, le soufre peut \u00eatre bien supprim\u00e9, et le taux de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration du zinc est augment\u00e9 \u00e0 96%. De cette mani\u00e8re, le concentr\u00e9 de zinc grossier s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 peut \u00eatre raffin\u00e9 deux fois pour obtenir un concentr\u00e9 de zinc. Et les r\u00e9sidus de zinc peuvent utiliser de l'acide sulfurique ou du sulfate ferreux, puis neutraliser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement l'alcalinit\u00e9 de la p\u00e2te, ajuster le pH \u00e0 11,9-12, le sulfate de cuivre 50g \/ t, et le xanthate de butyle 100g \/ t peuvent choisir la teneur en soufre 43 % concentr\u00e9 de soufre, et le taux de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration du soufre atteint 95%.<\/p>\n<p>3. s\u00e9lection d'un seul cuivre<\/p>\n<p>La flottation simple du cuivre est un type de production d'enrichissement qui consiste \u00e0 ajouter un inhibiteur de zinc pour abandonner le m\u00e9tal zinc dans le minerai brut.
