Les produits d'enrichissement du mercure comprennent le concentr\u00e9 de mercure et le cinabre.<\/p>\n<h3>M\u00e9thodes d'extraction du mercure<\/h3>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re fusion directe d'un seul minerai de sulfure de mercure. Le cinabre a une densit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e, une faible duret\u00e9, une grande fragilit\u00e9 et une bonne flottabilit\u00e9. Lors de la conception du processus d'enrichissement, il est n\u00e9cessaire d'\u00e9viter que le cinabre ne soit trop \u00e9cras\u00e9 au cours du processus de concassage et de broyage.<\/p>\n<p>Le processus d'enrichissement du minerai de mercure comprend la pr\u00e9s\u00e9lection, la s\u00e9paration par gravit\u00e9, le processus de flottation et les processus combin\u00e9s gravit\u00e9-flottation.<br \/>\n<strong>La cueillette manuelle<\/strong> est la m\u00e9thode traditionnelle de pr\u00e9s\u00e9lection du minerai de mercure. La s\u00e9lection manuelle permet d'obtenir des concentr\u00e9s et de rejeter des st\u00e9riles. Lorsque la taille des particules du minerai est comprise entre 20 et 100 mm, le taux de rejet des st\u00e9riles peut atteindre 40% ~ 80%. Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 combin\u00e9 gravit\u00e9-flottation est largement utilis\u00e9 pour l'enrichissement du minerai de mercure.
