The tin concentrate particle size is 0-15mm.<\/p>\n<p>The plant will be installed in Nigeria, the client wants a simple operation and easy maintenance washing plant, which can wash 5 tons per hour. The customer site has enough height difference to install the machines.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b><\/b>2. Raw Ore Information<\/h3>\n<p>The raw ore tin has a maximum feed size of 50 mm. The concentrate particles are mainly fine, with sticky clay.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b><\/b>3. Processing Capacity Requirement<\/h3>\n<p>The client required a processing capacity of 5 tons per hour, with the possibility to upgrade to&nbsp;10 TPH&nbsp;in the future.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b><\/b>4. The loader or excavator feeds raw ore into the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/id\/pencucian-emas\/trompet-emas\/\">scrubber trompet<\/a>. The trommel scrubber is used to wash off clay from ore and screen out particles of different sizes.<\/p>\n<p>2. Overscreen materials of the trommel naturally fell to one side. This is waste sand.<\/p>\n<p>3. Underscreen materials of the trommel are sent to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/id\/pemisah-gravitasi\/konsentrator-jig\/\">pemisah jig<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>4. Customer Questions &amp; Our Answers<\/h3>\n<p><strong>(1) After treament how many % can be achieved?<\/strong><br \/>\nThis depends on the grade of the customer&#8217;s raw ore; generally, after processing with our equipment, the grade can reach over 60%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(2) Why use a trommel scrubber instead of a trommel screen for washing?<\/strong><br \/>\nWe determine whether to use a trommel scrubber machine or a trommel screen based on the customer&#8217;s mining site conditions. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/id\/pencucian-emas\/layar-trompet\/\">layar trompet<\/a> is very good for washing materials without sticky clay, and tormmel scrubbe is very good for washing materials with sticky clay. In this customer&#8217;s case, the material at their mining site is very hard to clean, with lots of sticky clay.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(3) Why use the jig separator instead of the spiral chute?<\/strong><br \/>\nGenerally, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/id\/pemisah-gravitasi\/parasut-spiral\/\">saluran spiral<\/a> are suitable for recovering chrome concentrate in the 0-2mm size range, while jigging machines are suitable for recovering chrome concentrate containing larger particles.<br \/>\nThis customer&#8217;s chrome concentrate is basically over 0-2mm, so using a jig separator is more suitable and can recover as much tin concentrate as possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(4) What\u2019s the warranty?<\/strong><br \/>\nThe warranty period is 12 months, commencing from the date the machines&#8217; main parts arrive at Monrovia Port, Liberia (Excluding wear-and-tear parts).<br \/>\n\u2460 All goods are 100% brand new upon leaving the factory. Should the client wish to replace any original parts of the machine, prior consultation with JXSC is required to prevent potential issues.<br \/>\n\u2461 Should the client require any wear-and-tear parts, we can supply them in the shortest possible time.<br \/>\n\u2462 In the event of any operational issues with the equipment, we provide online technical support to assist customers in resolving problems.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(5) Why use 3 disc magnetic separator after the shaking table?<\/strong><br \/>\nThe main reason for using a three-disc magnetic separator after the tin ore processing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/id\/pemisah-gravitasi\/meja-goyang-emas\/\">meja goyang<\/a> is to further improve the grade of the tin concentrate, remove impurities such as wolframite and ilmenite, and simultaneously recover these valuable minerals.<br \/>\nSpecifically, the tin concentrate enriched by gravity separation sometimes does not meet the smelting requirements. In this case, a magnetic separator can be used to further purify the gravity-separated crude concentrate. The three-disc magnetic separator can separate multiple impurities in a single pass, and its magnetic field strength is adjustable, reaching up to 22,000 Gauss, making it suitable for the separation of tantalum, niobium, tungsten, and tin ores.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(6) If we need an engineer, how many days we need and how much?<\/strong><br \/>\nIf the buyer needs JXSC to send an engineer to the mine site for installation &amp;commissioning guidance, need the following extra cost:<br \/>\n\u2460 The engineer&#8217;s salary is about $150\/day\/person; installation time depends on the customer&#8217;s mine site preparation conditions.<br \/>\n\u2461 Round-trip ticket cost<br \/>\n\u2462 Visa application cost<br \/>\n\u2463 Any other potential cost before or after the installation period, such as hotel costs, waiting for a flight, etc.<br \/>\n\u2464 Arrange food<br \/>\nGenerally, it takes 1-2 months, and we recommend sending two engineers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(7) Will you provide instruction manuals?<\/strong><br \/>\nYes, after the customer orders the machines, we will provide all machine instruction manuals.<br \/>\nAnd also will provide the plant detail layout drawing, foundation drawing, and each main machine&#8217;s drawings &amp; machine.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><b><\/b>6.
