bahan mentah ke penghancur rahang dengan lancar dan stabil.<\/li>\n<li>Jaw crusher adalah penghancur utama batu besar yang dihancurkan menjadi ukuran yang lebih kecil kurang dari 100mm, kemudian outputnya masuk ke cone crusher dengan konveyor.<\/li>\n<li>Crusher kerucut adalah mesin penghancur sekunder untuk menghancurkan timah coltan batu hingga sekitar 30mm, kemudian output dikirim ke layar getaran.<\/li>\n<li>Layar getaran (dengan ukuran jaring layar 30mm) untuk menyaring di bawah 0-30mm yang dikirim ke tempat penyimpanan, ukuran besar + 30mm dikirim kembali ke cone crusher untuk coltan dan timah dari batuan.<\/li>\n<li>Bubur keluaran 0-2mm dari hammermill akan dipompa ke pemisah jig untuk memekatkan timah coltan yang berat.<\/li>\n<li>Bijih konsentrat berat utama yang dikeluarkan dari pemisah jig akan dikirim ke meja goyang untuk dipekatkan kembali.<\/li>\n<li>Meja goyang memiliki efek yang sangat terkonsentrasi untuk mineral berat, untuk mendapatkan kemurnian coltan dan timah yang lebih tinggi, middling dari meja goyang tahap pertama akan masuk ke meja goyang tahap ke-2 untuk dipekatkan lagi, sehingga dapat mencapai rasio pemulihan tertinggi dan campuran timah coltan dengan kemurnian tinggi.<\/li>\n<li>Semua bijih konsentrat timah coltan 0-2mm yang dikeluarkan dari meja goyang dua tahap akan dikirim ke layar pengeringan untuk pengeringan air, kemudian bijih konsentrat akan dikirim ke mesin pengering atau dikeringkan di bawah sinar matahari tergantung pada pelanggan.<\/li>\n<li>Campuran mineral berat kering akhirnya akan dikirim ke pemisah magnetik kering cakram 3 pcs dengan intensitas tinggi, gauss dapat disesuaikan untuk memisahkan setiap mineral berat, seperti besi, ilmenit, hematit, konsentrat coltan dan timah, dll. Sehingga bisa mendapatkan coltan bermutu tinggi dan bijih timah, biasanya, coltan akhir dan kadar timah dapat mencapai maksimum sekitar 60-65% tergantung pada kondisi bahan
