Peralatan pemisah gravitasi utama adalah parasut, meja pengocok, jig mineral, hidrosiklon, dll.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Flotasi emas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Proses flotasi banyak digunakan untuk pengolahan emas lode. Pada kebanyakan kasus, metode flotasi memiliki efek yang baik pada bijih emas yang mengandung sulfida dengan daya apung yang tinggi.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, proses flotasi juga digunakan untuk bijih yang mengandung emas logam seperti bijih emas-tembaga, emas-timbal, emas-tembaga-timbal-seng-belerang.<\/p>\n<p>Apa saja keterbatasan metode flotasi? Untuk bijih dengan ukuran partikel lebih besar dari 0,2 mm, dan bijih yang mengandung emas kuarsa yang tidak mengandung sulfida, maka tidak cocok menggunakan metode flotasi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Metode kimia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ada proses ekstraksi emas amalgamasi dan ekstraksi emas dengan sianida.<\/p>\n<p>Proses amalgamasi merupakan proses ekstraksi emas yang sudah tua, sederhana dan ekonomis, cocok untuk pemulihan emas monomer berbutir kasar, tetapi memiliki polusi terhadap lingkungan dan secara bertahap digantikan oleh proses pemisahan gravitasi, flotasi dan sianidasi.<\/p>\n<p>Proses ekstraksi emas sianidasi meliputi pencucian sianida, pencucian dan penyaringan ampas sianida, ekstraksi emas dari larutan sianida atau ampas sianida, dan peleburan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pencucian timbunan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Di antara sumber daya emas, jumlah bijih teroksidasi berkadar rendah menempati proporsi tertentu. Tidaklah ekonomis menggunakan metode sianida untuk mengekstraksi emas, dan proses pelindian timbunan memiliki manfaat ekonomis.<\/p>\n<p>Metode pelindian timbunan sebenarnya menyimpan bijih yang mengandung emas di lokasi yang kedap air dan direndam serta dilindi dengan larutan sianida. Setelah melarutkan emas dan perak dalam bijih, alur yang telah dirancang sebelumnya di sepanjang lokasi tersebut dialirkan ke dalam tangki penyimpanan. Cairan yang mengandung emas-perak diadsorpsi dengan karbon aktif dan kemudian didesorpsi untuk mendapatkan kembali emas dan perak.<\/p>\n<h3>Pabrik pencucian emas di tempat<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Proses emas di tempat (placer gold)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kandungan emas di tambang emas placer sangat rendah, dan dikenal sebagai pendulangan emas dengan cara memanfaatkan emas placer melalui berbagai peralatan emas placer yang hemat energi.<\/p>\n<p>Di antara berbagai metode ekstraksi emas, metode pemisah gravitasi merupakan metode yang hemat energi, efisien, ramah lingkungan, dan cocok untuk proses bijih emas placer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Penambangan tambang emas di tempat (placer)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Deposit emas placer biasanya ditambang dengan menggunakan kapal keruk emas, penambangan hidraulik, penggalian, dan penambangan bawah tanah (shaft).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pabrik pencucian emas di tempat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-Pencucian bijih. Pisahkan kerikil, pasir dan tanah, cuci lumpur halus yang menempel pada kerikil.<\/p>\n<p>-Penyaringan. Penyaringan bijih emas aluvial yang telah dibersihkan untuk menghilangkan potongan-potongan besar batu bebas emas akan membantu meningkatkan efisiensi pemurnian emas.<\/p>\n<p>-Pemisahan gravitasi. Konsentrat emas kasar tersedia dalam proses tersebut, sehingga proses pemisahan gravitasi secara langsung mempengaruhi hasil dari keseluruhan benefisiasi emas placer.<\/p>\n<p>-Konsentrasi.
