Yaitu, <strong>bijih sulfida<\/strong>yang mengandung kurang dari 10% oksida tembaga; <strong>bijih teroksidasi<\/strong>yang mengandung lebih dari 30% oksida tembaga; <strong>bijih campuran<\/strong>yang mengandung 10% hingga 30% oksida tembaga.<\/p>\n<h2>Flotasi bijih tembaga sulfida<\/h2>\n<h4>Klasifikasi bijih tembaga sulfida<\/h4>\n<p>(1) Bijih tembaga tunggal. Komposisinya relatif sederhana, dan satu-satunya komponen yang berharga adalah tembaga. Batuannya terutama kuarsa, silikat, dan karbonat.<br \/>\n(2) Bijih tembaga-belerang. komponen yang berharga adalah tembaga, pirit.<br \/>\n(3) Pirit tembaga. komponen yang berharga adalah tembaga, pirit, magnetit.<br \/>\n(4) Bijih tembaga-molibdenum. komponen yang berharga adalah tembaga, pirit, magnetit, molibdenit.<br \/>\n(5) Bijih tembaga-nikel. komponen yang berharga adalah tembaga, pirit yang mengandung nikel, pirhotit.<br \/>\n(6) Bijih tembaga-kobalt. komponen yang berharga adalah tembaga, pirit yang mengandung kobalt.<\/p>\n<h4>Hukum flotasi mineral tembaga sulfida<\/h4>\n<p>(1) Semua mineral tembaga bebas besi, seperti kalkosit dan kovellite, memiliki sifat yang sama dalam hal kemampuan mengapung, dan sianida serta kapur memiliki efek penghambatan yang lebih lemah terhadap mineral-mineral tersebut.<br \/>\n(2) Semua mineral tembaga yang mengandung besi, seperti kalkopirit dan bornit, rentan terhadap penghambatan oleh sianida dan kapur dalam media basa.<br \/>\n(3) Pengumpul xantat terutama teradsorpsi secara kimiawi dengan kation Cu2+, sehingga permukaannya mengandung lebih banyak mineral Cu2+ dan memiliki efek yang lebih kuat dengan xantat. Urutan kekuatannya adalah: kalkosit &gt;&gt; kovellite &gt;&gt; bornit &gt;&gt; kalkopirit.<br \/>\n(4) Kemampuan mengapung mineral tembaga sulfida juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor seperti ukuran kristal, ukuran antar butir dan primer atau sekunder. Kristalisasi dan tatahan terlalu tipis sehingga sulit untuk mengapung. Bijih tembaga sulfida sekunder mudah teroksidasi dan kecil kemungkinannya untuk mengapung dibandingkan bijih tembaga primer.<\/p>\n<p>Hampir semua bijih tembaga sulfida memiliki sulfida yang mengandung besi, sehingga dalam arti tertentu, flotasi bijih tembaga sulfida pada dasarnya adalah pemisahan tembaga sulfida dari besi sulfida. Mineral sulfida besi yang umumnya ditemukan dalam bijih tembaga adalah pirit dan pirhotit.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_inner vc_row-fluid\"><div class=\"wpb_column
