Crushing System (designed to produce about 10 tons per hour, 12 hours of production per day)<\/h3>\n<p>The ore in the raw ore bin is fed into a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/pt\/triturador-de-pedra\/triturador-de-maxilas\/\">triturador de maxilas<\/a> for coarse crushing through a chute feeder, and is transported to a secondary jaw crusher for fine crushing by a belt conveyor. Fine crushed materials are sent to a vibrating screen(with one deck,20mm mesh size), sieve out the material of 0-20mm and more than 20mm, the material of more than 20mm is returned to the secondary jaw crusher through the return material belt conveyor for recrushing. All 0-20mm materials from the vibrating screen are transported to the silo by the belt conveyor for standby.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Mineral dressing process (designed to produce 5 tons per hour, 24 hours a day)<\/h3>\n<p>The beneficiation process adopts <strong>one-stage ball milling and three-stage flotation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ball mill &#8211;<\/strong> Smaller than 20mm materials enter the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/pt\/triturador-de-pedra\/moinho-de-bolas\/\">moinho de bolas<\/a> for grinding operation, the grinding concentration is 25%-35%, and the grinding particle size is 200 mesh, accounting for 75%. The spiral classifier is used to form a closed circuit. The overflow slurry of the spiral classifier is pumped to the mixing tank and the dosing system, and then sent to the flotation machine.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Flotation machine &#8211;<\/strong> O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/pt\/equipamento-de-flotacao\/maquina-de-flotacao\/\">m\u00e1quina de flota\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> is divided into one stage of rougher, one stage of scavenging, and three stages of concentration operations. The working principle of the flotation machine is: the impeller is driven by the V-belt drive of the motor to rotate, and centrifugal action is generated to form a negative pressure. On the one hand, sufficient air is sucked in to mix with the ore pulp; on the other hand, the ore pulp is stirred to mix with drugs, and at the same time, the foam is refined to make the mineral sticky. Above the combined foam, it floats to the surface of the slurry to form a mineralized foam. Adjust the height of the ram to control the liquid level so that the useful foam is scraped off by the scraper. After three stages of concentration operations, high-grade lithium concentrate can finally be obtained.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Treatment of lithium concentrate dehydration<\/h3>\n<p>Lithium concentrate adopts a <strong>two-stage dehydration process<\/strong>. One deep cone <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/pt\/maquina-de-desidratacao\/espessante\/\">espessante<\/a> is used for the first stage of dehydration, and one set of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/pt\/maquina-de-desidratacao\/filtro-de-disco-de-vacuo\/\">Disc vacuum filters<\/a> is used for the second stage of dehydration.
