JXSC has provided a complete set of processing plant machinery and all accessories for a Zimbabwean customer’s alluvial chrome beneficiation Plant.<\/strong> The client is a Zimbabwean local mine owner; they have already obtained a mining permit for the chrome mine and plan to set up a 50 TPH alluvial chrome washing plant<\/strong>. They have their own engineering team to set up this plant, so there is no requirement for our engineer’s site service. 1. The required processing capacity for the plant: 50 TPH
\n2. Maximum feeding size of ROM: 50mm
\n3. Ore type: Alluvial chrome ore, soil type without sticky clay
\n4. Chrome concentrate size is 0- 2 mm
\n5. Average chrome grade in ROM is 25-27%
\n6. Target chrome concentrate grade is 48%
\n7. Considering the presence of magnetic iron ore in ROM, need to add a magnetic separator to reduce iron content, so that the Cr\/Fe ratio can be increased.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

1. ROM is unloaded into the raw material hopper by a loader or dump truck. The customer makes the raw material hopper with a grizzly bar 40mm to remove everything above 40mm waste, including big stone\/roots\/branches, etc.; below 40mm goes into the hopper, then through a alimentador de correia<\/a>, which smoothly feeds ROM to the belt conveyor, then to the trommel screen.<\/p>\n

2. Peneira girat\u00f3ria<\/a> is a wet screen; it has a 2 mm stainless steel screen, it can flush the soil, and screen out 0- 2 mm and above 2mm waste, which are transported to the waste stockpile by belt conveyor.<\/p>\n

3. Less than 2mm from trommel screen is pumped to the separador de calha espiral<\/a> for gravity beneficiation to remove some impurities. The spiral chute separator has two stages: rougher spirals and cleaner spirals. Cleaner spirals are used to process middling from rougher spirals, aimed to increase recovery rate.<\/p>\n

4. All concentrate from the two-stage spiral separators is sent to a separador magn\u00e9tico<\/a> for reducing iron content, to increase the Cr\/Fe ratio.<\/p>\n

5. The chrome concentrate from the magnetic separator is sent to a hydrocyclone by a slurry pump for dewatering concentrate.<\/p>\n
