Have choices of vibration feeder, hopper, belt feeder, or wheel loader and excavator feed directly to coltan washing machine. If there are big stone, can make a grizzly bar on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/pt\/categoria\/maquina-de-alimentacao\/\">m\u00e1quina de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> or hopper to remove big waste stones.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Lavagem:<\/b><\/strong> Firstly, need to wash and clean the clay and mud in the raw material; most commonly used are <strong>lavador trommel<\/strong> coltan washing machine, coltan washing <strong>ecr\u00e3 trommel<\/strong> ou <strong>m\u00e1quina de lavar toros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Coltan washing trommel scrubber is for washing material that has much sticky clay, trommel screen is for wash raw material that without much sticky clay. This sieving machine can be a trommel screen, a vibration screen, or a high-frequency vibration screen.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Separa\u00e7\u00e3o prim\u00e1ria: <\/b><\/strong>This process is for rough coltan separation; most often use a coltan jig separator. The concentrate ore from them will go to the final concentration machine.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Concentra\u00e7\u00e3o final:<\/b><\/strong> The concentrate ore from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/pt\/separador-de-gravidade\/concentrador-de-jigueiras\/\">m\u00e1quina de jigue<\/a> will go to a coltan ore concentration shaking table for final concentration, and can get high-grade coltan concentrate ore.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Refina\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/b><\/strong> If you need very, very high-grade coltan, you need to use the refining machine to upgrade it.
