O grau de concentrado e a taxa de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de concentrado da calha espiral do tipo QL12AP \u00e9 de 16,23% e 35,13% separadamente; o tipo QL12AK tem uma alta taxa de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de concentrado e baixo grau de rejeitos. Se definirmos o grau TiO2 28% como objetivo, podemos obter o concentrado de Ti com grau 29.50%, rendimento 6.43% e taxa de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o 31.20%.<\/p>\n<h2>3 Separa\u00e7\u00e3o por flota\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n<h3>3.1 Dessulfuriza\u00e7\u00e3o por flota\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\n<p>De acordo com a observa\u00e7\u00e3o ao microsc\u00f3pio, existem muitos compostos de sulfureto no concentrado de tit\u00e2nio do agitador. Se os compostos de sulfureto forem separados, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 o grau de TiO2 do concentrado de tit\u00e2nio grosso pode ser melhorado, mas tamb\u00e9m os minerais de sulfureto com um grau mais elevado de S podem ser recuperados. O \u00faltimo tem o concentrado de tit\u00e2nio para TiO2 de grau 28.35%, rendimento 85.02%, taxa de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o 96.39%, e o S para grau 32.06%, rendimento 14.98% e taxa de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o 81.54%.<\/p>\n<h3>3.2 Recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de min\u00e9rio de tit\u00e2nio de rejeitos dessulfurizados por flota\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\n<p>Agentes de flota\u00e7\u00e3o: agente de aprisionamento 2700 g\/t, \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico de desbaste 3000 g\/t, \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico concentrado 800 g\/t.
