O processo pode ser conduzido em tamanhos de part\u00edculas t\u00e3o grosseiros como 300 mm e t\u00e3o finos como 500 \u03bcm com alta efici\u00eancia de separa\u00e7\u00e3o, dependendo das caracter\u00edsticas de liberta\u00e7\u00e3o dos minerais valiosos. Separa\u00e7\u00e3o por meios densos tamb\u00e9m designada por separa\u00e7\u00e3o por meios pesados.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da instala\u00e7\u00e3o de separa\u00e7\u00e3o por meios densos<\/strong><br \/>\nO DMS pode ser utilizado na ind\u00fastria da joalharia, devido ao facto de o corpo do diamante ser mais denso do que a rocha, e pode tamb\u00e9m ser utilizado na ind\u00fastria do min\u00e9rio de ferro, uma vez que a hematite \u00e9 mais densa do que a s\u00edlica. Na ind\u00fastria do carv\u00e3o, onde a densidade do carv\u00e3o \u00e9 inferior \u00e0 da s\u00edlica, tamb\u00e9m pode ser utilizado o DMS.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Princ\u00edpio de funcionamento da tecnologia DMS<\/strong><br \/>\nO processo de separa\u00e7\u00e3o por meio pesado baseia-se num meio de densidade espec\u00edfica (gravidade espec\u00edfica) que se situa entre a densidade dos minerais que se pretende separar. Quando os minerais est\u00e3o submersos no meio, os minerais de pequena densidade flutuam para cima e os minerais de maior densidade afundam-se.<br \/>\nExistem tr\u00eas fases do processo de separa\u00e7\u00e3o em meio denso: pr\u00e9-concentra\u00e7\u00e3o do material de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, separa\u00e7\u00e3o em meio denso e recupera\u00e7\u00e3o do meio ferroso.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vantagens da separa\u00e7\u00e3o de meios pesados na explora\u00e7\u00e3o mineira<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Alta efici\u00eancia e precis\u00e3o de separa\u00e7\u00e3o A efici\u00eancia do HMS depende principalmente da gravidade espec\u00edfica das part\u00edculas de min\u00e9rio, menos afetada pelo tamanho e forma das part\u00edculas de min\u00e9rio.<br \/>\n2. Amplo tamanho de part\u00edcula process\u00e1vel de 300 mm a 500 \u03bcm.<br \/>\n3. O processo de prepara\u00e7\u00e3o da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o envolve tritura\u00e7\u00e3o\/quebra, lavagem\/esfregamento, deslamagem, etc.<\/p>\n<p>O min\u00e9rio em bruto \u00e9 normalmente reduzido em tamanho utilizando trituradores de pedra, tais como trituradores de cone, trituradores de mand\u00edbulas, trituradores girat\u00f3rios, trituradores de impacto. O material triturado pode ser esfregado para quebrar argilas e part\u00edculas aglomeradas ou esfregado para quebrar minerais de ganga fr\u00e1geis para posterior remo\u00e7\u00e3o por peneiramento.<br \/>\nAs lamas podem causar inefici\u00eancias no processo DMS atrav\u00e9s do aumento da viscosidade da lama, afectando o movimento de part\u00edculas finas.<br \/>\nPara os materiais que n\u00e3o requerem depura\u00e7\u00e3o ou outros pr\u00e9-tratamentos, o produto triturado \u00e9 enviado diretamente para a plataforma de crivagem horizontal da instala\u00e7\u00e3o DMS para remover as part\u00edculas finas\/esc\u00f3rias.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxscmachine.com\/pt\/produto\/\"><span style=\"background-color: #ccffff;\"><strong>Equipamento relacionado<\/strong><\/span><\/a>: trituradores de pedra, crivos de classifica\u00e7\u00e3o, depurador, ciclone, tremonha de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, alimentador vibrat\u00f3rio, correia transportadora, espessador.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2.2 Separa\u00e7\u00e3o de meio denso<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Em suma, o processo DMS consiste em concentrar os minerais alvo e descarregar os itens rejeitados. Gra\u00e7as \u00e0 prepara\u00e7\u00e3o, os itens rejeitados s\u00e3o descarregados e minimizam a necessidade de processamento, a m\u00e1quina separadora \u00e9 o cora\u00e7\u00e3o da planta DMS.<br \/>\nExistem dois tipos de vasos separadores DMS, um est\u00e1tico, nomeadamente o vaso de banho aberto, \u00e9 normalmente utilizado para separar part\u00edculas grosseiras, utilizando a velocidade de sedimenta\u00e7\u00e3o da gravidade natural; outro \u00e9 do tipo din\u00e2mico, normalmente utilizado para part\u00edculas mais finas, utiliza for\u00e7as centr\u00edfugas que refor\u00e7am a velocidade de sedimenta\u00e7\u00e3o na pasta m\u00e9dia pesada.<\/p>\n<p>O princ\u00edpio de funcionamento do ciclone DMS \u00e9 semelhante ao de um hidrociclone comum. A lama flutuante e a lama de afundamento da m\u00e1quina separadora fluem separadamente para os crivos vibrat\u00f3rios, que est\u00e3o equipados com uma placa de crivo com um tamanho de poro inferior ao do crivo de prepara\u00e7\u00e3o da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o. A primeira parte do crivo \u00e9 utilizada para drenar o meio de alta densidade. O crivo \u00e9 demasiado pequeno e \u00e9 ent\u00e3o conduzido atrav\u00e9s da bobina de desmagnetiza\u00e7\u00e3o para o tanque do meio de circula\u00e7\u00e3o, onde \u00e9 misturado com a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o recentemente importada.
