De acordo com o princ\u00edpio da for\u00e7a e rea\u00e7\u00e3o, a parte inferior da blindagem \u00e9 esmagada pelo min\u00e9rio. A for\u00e7a e o atrito tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o maiores, pelo que a parte inferior da placa de prote\u00e7\u00e3o se desgasta mais seriamente.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;font-family:Acme;font-weight:400;font-style:normal\" class=\"vc_custom_heading vc_do_custom_heading vc_custom_1565146211699\" >Solu\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h2>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>(1) Adicionar o dispositivo de prote\u00e7\u00e3o dos parafusos. Foi concebida uma sali\u00eancia redonda de 20 mm de espessura em cada local de furo de parafuso para proteger os parafusos.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o inteligente de tiras resistentes ao desgaste (Fig. 1). De acordo com a trajet\u00f3ria de desgaste do min\u00e9rio, adicionar uma tira resistente ao desgaste no painel (470 mm \u00d7 30 mm \u00d7 40 mm) e adicionar 3 tiras resistentes ao desgaste na parte inferior (1075 mm \u00d7 30 mm \u00d7 40 mm, 400 mm \u00d7 30 mm \u00d7 40 mm, 250 mm \u00d7 30 mm \u00d7 40 mm).<\/p>\n<p>Quando o alimentador de placa pesada est\u00e1 a funcionar, o espa\u00e7o formado entre as tiras de desgaste ser\u00e1 preenchido com min\u00e9rio fino e min\u00e9rio pequeno. Este min\u00e9rio pequeno e a placa de prote\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o relativamente est\u00e1ticos, formando uma camada protetora da placa, reduzindo o desgaste causado pela fric\u00e7\u00e3o direta entre a placa de prote\u00e7\u00e3o e o min\u00e9rio grande, prolongando assim a vida \u00fatil da placa de prote\u00e7\u00e3o (Fig. 2)<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div placas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o em ambos os lados da caixa de min\u00e9rio da mina, o problema do desgaste irregular e do desgaste grave da placa de prote\u00e7\u00e3o foi completamente resolvido, e a vida \u00fatil da placa de prote\u00e7\u00e3o optimizada foi prolongada de 6 meses para 24 meses (Figura 3).<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;font-family:Acme;font-weight:400;font-style:normal\" class=\"vc_custom_heading vc_do_custom_heading vc_custom_1565146304355\" >Conclus\u00e3o<\/h2>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>O projeto alcan\u00e7ou bons resultados, resolveu o problema da curta vida \u00fatil da placa de prote\u00e7\u00e3o, reduziu a frequ\u00eancia de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e repara\u00e7\u00e3o do alimentador de placa pesada, reduziu a press\u00e3o laboral do pessoal de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e melhorou a efici\u00eancia operacional do equipamento e a estabilidade do sistema de produ\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div  class=\"wpb_single_image wpb_content_element vc_align_center
