Trata-se de um sistema el\u00e1stico de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o for\u00e7ada orientado para um ponto de massa dupla, com um estado de resson\u00e2ncia cr\u00edtico baixo. O excitador eletromagn\u00e9tico acciona o corpo da calha para fazer vibra\u00e7\u00e3o rec\u00edproca num determinado \u00e2ngulo, de modo a que o material se mova ao longo da calha.<\/p>\n<h3>Especifica\u00e7\u00e3o da calha de transporte<\/h3>\n<p>A especifica\u00e7\u00e3o da calha do transportador afecta diretamente a capacidade de transporte do alimentador. A barra deve ser instalada numa estrutura com rigidez suficiente. A fim de reduzir a oscila\u00e7\u00e3o lateral do alimentador vibrat\u00f3rio eletromagn\u00e9tico, a barra de suspens\u00e3o deve ser colocada para fora a cerca de 10\u00b0. No caso dos alimentadores de grandes dimens\u00f5es, deve tamb\u00e9m ser previsto um carro m\u00f3vel para facilitar a repara\u00e7\u00e3o e a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o da calha.<\/p>\n<p>(2) O alimentador vibrat\u00f3rio eletromagn\u00e9tico deve ser instalado como um todo, geralmente n\u00e3o podendo ser desmontado, e n\u00e3o \u00e9 permitido consolidar qualquer fixa\u00e7\u00e3o r\u00edgida na m\u00e1quina. Ao instalar, deixar um certo espa\u00e7o \u00e0 volta do equipamento para evitar a colis\u00e3o com outros equipamentos durante o trabalho. Geralmente, o espa\u00e7o na dire\u00e7\u00e3o longitudinal \u00e9 de, pelo menos, 50 mm e na dire\u00e7\u00e3o da largura \u00e9 de 25 mm.<\/p>\n<p>(3) O dep\u00f3sito vibrat\u00f3rio eletromagn\u00e9tico pode ser instalado horizontalmente ou obliquamente. A capacidade de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 proporcional ao \u00e2ngulo de inclina\u00e7\u00e3o para baixo, mas o \u00e2ngulo de inclina\u00e7\u00e3o para baixo \u00e9 demasiado grande para fazer com que o material flua, e \u00e9 dif\u00edcil assegurar a precis\u00e3o da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o.
