O processo de beneficia\u00e7\u00e3o do min\u00e9rio de sulfureto de chumbo-zinco<br \/>\nOs principais minerais constituintes do sulfureto de chumbo-zinco s\u00e3o a galena e a esfalerite, ambos min\u00e9rios prim\u00e1rios. A maior parte do min\u00e9rio de sulfureto de zinco utiliza um processo de flota\u00e7\u00e3o preferencial, geralmente \"chumbo flutuante e zinco supressor\". Isto deve-se principalmente \u00e0 boa flutuabilidade da galena, que \u00e9 dif\u00edcil de ativar ap\u00f3s a inibi\u00e7\u00e3o; al\u00e9m disso, na maior parte do sulfureto de chumbo-zinco, o teor de zinco \u00e9 superior ao de chumbo.<\/p>\n<p>2. Processo de beneficia\u00e7\u00e3o do min\u00e9rio de \u00f3xido de chumbo-zinco<br \/>\nNo min\u00e9rio de \u00f3xido de chumbo-zinco, o chumbo existe principalmente no estado de cerusite e anglesite, e o zinco existe principalmente no estado de bonamite e willemite. Os min\u00e9rios de \u00f3xido de chumbo s\u00e3o geralmente aplicados com a tecnologia de flota\u00e7\u00e3o de xantato, e os min\u00e9rios de \u00f3xido de zinco s\u00e3o geralmente aplicados com a tecnologia de flota\u00e7\u00e3o de sulfureto de amina.<\/p>\n<p>3. A ordem de flota\u00e7\u00e3o adequada deve ser corretamente determinada no processo de beneficia\u00e7\u00e3o. Os esquemas comuns s\u00e3o: sulfureto de chumbo-\u00f3xido de chumbo-sulfureto de zinco-\u00f3xido de zinco-; sulfureto de chumbo-zinco-\u00f3xido de chumbo.
