Atualmente, os m\u00e9todos de beneficia\u00e7\u00e3o do min\u00e9rio de mangan\u00eas mais utilizados s\u00e3o os m\u00e9todos de beneficia\u00e7\u00e3o mec\u00e2nica (lavagem, crivagem, separa\u00e7\u00e3o por gravidade, separa\u00e7\u00e3o magn\u00e9tica forte e flota\u00e7\u00e3o), bem como m\u00e9todos de beneficia\u00e7\u00e3o especiais (enriquecimento pelo fogo, beneficia\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica, etc.).<\/p>\n<h3>Desenvolvimento do processo de beneficia\u00e7\u00e3o de min\u00e9rio de mangan\u00eas<\/h3>\n<p>(1) Otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o do fluxo do processo de beneficia\u00e7\u00e3o. Ao refor\u00e7ar a lavagem e a peneira\u00e7\u00e3o, a separa\u00e7\u00e3o por gravidade e a pr\u00e9-concentra\u00e7\u00e3o magn\u00e9tica de gr\u00e3o grosso, optimiza-se o fluxo do processo. A separa\u00e7\u00e3o magn\u00e9tica de granula\u00e7\u00e3o grossa e a pr\u00e9-concentra\u00e7\u00e3o da separa\u00e7\u00e3o por gravidade podem aumentar o grau de min\u00e9rio de mangan\u00eas de 3% a 5%, o que \u00e9 especialmente adequado para min\u00e9rio de carbonato de mangan\u00eas.<br \/>\n(2) V\u00e1rios tipos de separadores magn\u00e9ticos fortes. Os separadores de gravidade normalmente utilizados incluem jigues minerais, mesa de agita\u00e7\u00e3o, ciclones, calhas e similares.<br \/>\nA densidade do min\u00e9rio de carbonato de mangan\u00eas \u00e9 de 3,3~3,6t\/m3, o que tem uma pequena diferen\u00e7a em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 densidade da ganga.
