1. Customer’s Tin Project Information
Lokasi: Uganda
Raw ore condition: Alluvial tin mainly with a lot of sticky clay, with coarse tin concentrate and fine tin concentrates as well. Need to enrich coarse tin concentrate into fine powder to improve the grade.
Persyaratan utama pelanggan: 30tph, a higher recovery rate as possible. High configuration. We need a mesin dewatering to recycle water and tailing sand with reduced moisture content.
2. Our Process Design & Solution
Process Description
Stage 1: Primary Screening & Classification
- Excavators load raw ore into vibrating feeders equipped with 70mm grizzly screens
- Sub-70mm material passes through for scrubbing, while oversize is rejected
- The trommel scrubber features dual screening layers (7mm and 25mm apertures)
- Output produces three classified fractions: 0-7mm, 7-25mm, and +25mm materials
Stage 2: Multi-Stage Jig Separation System
- +25mm fraction diverted directly to stockpile via conveyor belt
- 7-25mm fraction undergoes primary jig separation:
1. Rougher jig produces initial concentrate for cleaning jigs
2. Closed-circuit design maximizes mineral recovery - 0-7mm fraction processed through dedicated jig circuit:
1. Separate the rougher jig from the cleaner jig refinement
2. Scavenger jig processes rougher tailings
Stage 3: Concentrate Dewatering & Preparation
- All jig concentrates first pass through dewatering screens
- Screen oversize is conveyed to the hammer crusher for size reduction
- Screen undersize is pumped to the mixing tank as slurry
- Crusher discharge flows by gravity to the same mixing tank
Stage 4: Final Concentration & Refinement
- Shaking tables upgrade concentrate purity
- Dried table concentrate passes through triple-disc dry magnetic separators
- Final product: High-grade tin concentrate
Stage 5: Tailings Management System
- Combined jig and table tailings processed through:
1. Spiral dewaterers for moisture reduction
2. High-frequency vibration screens - Produces two tailings products:
1. Coarse sand fraction
2. Fine sand fraction
