- Reduction Gearbox - Transmits motor power efficiently while reducing speed to optimize torque.
- Motor principal - Typically an AC or DC motor (160–1600 kW) driving the drum via the gearbox.

【Principio de funcionamiento】
During operation, the variable-frequency motor drives the reducer through an elastic coupling, utilizing a two-stage helical gear transmission to reduce speed. The rotation is then transferred to the drum via a drum gear coupling, ensuring smooth and efficient power transmission.
The brake control system precisely manages the motor's forward/reverse rotation and speed adjustment, enabling intelligent winding and unwinding of the wire rope to perform lifting operations. Equipped with closed-loop speed control and real-time travel detection, the system ensures accurate positioning and speed regulation. Additionally, multi-level safety protections (such as overspeed, overload, and emergency braking) enhance operational reliability, making the hoist both efficient and stable in demanding mining environments.
