The centrifugal concentrator is widely used in placer gold, hard-rock gold, gold tailings, and gravity concentration circuits. It can be operated as a standalone unit or integrated with crushers, ball mills, classifiers, mesas vibratorias, esclusas, gold wash plants, and other mineral processing equipment to increase the fine-gold recovery rate.

【Working Principle of Centrifugal Concentrator】
El rotor de la centrifugadora gira a gran velocidad. Bajo la acción de la fuerza centrífuga, los minerales pesados se apilan en la ranura de la placa interior del núcleo del rotor, y las partículas de mineral ligero se descargan gradualmente. Después de unas 4-6 horas de funcionamiento, se detiene la alimentación, y se enciende el remanso para lavar el concentrado de oro.
El concentrador centrífugo de oro es útil en la recuperación de oro en todos los rangos de tamaño de partícula. Es especialmente útil para recuperar el oro fino que se pierde durante el funcionamiento de los concentradores de gravedad. La aplicación ha demostrado que la recuperación de oro puede ser muy alta, tanto como 99% y la relación de concentración es de hasta 1.000 veces. En la recuperación de oro natural en mineral de filón que tiene un tamaño de partícula de -0,074mm, el oro recuperado es de unos 98%, para la recuperación de oro en tamaño de partícula de 0,004mm, es de hasta 97%.
