Stage 1: Intelligent Feeding System

The processing begins with raw material being deposited into a hopper, which evenly discharges to a heavy-duty pengumpan bergetar. Our engineered solution features:

• Grizzly bars with 100mm spacing for automatic oversize removal

• Belt conveyor system to divert waste rock (>100mm) to stockpile

• Precise feeding of ≤100mm material to the scrubbing circuit

Stage 2: Advanced Washing & Classification

The ≤100mm material enters our high-efficiency scrubber trompet system:

• Powerful clay breakdown and gold liberation

• 20mm trommel screen for primary classification

  ✓ +20mm-100mm: Sent to gravel stockpile via conveyor

  ✓ 0-20mm: Further processed through:

    1. Layar bergetar for precise 0-6mm/6-20mm separation;

    2. 6-20mm stream routes directly to gold traps;

    3. 0-6mm slurry puthe mps to the concentration circuit.

Stage 3: High-Recovery Gold Concentration

Our multi-stage concentration system ensures maximum yield:

For 0-6mm material:

(a) Primary enrichment via dual konsentrator sentrifugal

(b) Secondary recovery from tails using quadruple sluice boxes

(c) Final upgrading via meja gemetar

For 6-20mm material:

Dedicated vibrating sluice boxes for nugget recovery

Stage 4: Refining to Premium Gold

All concentrates undergo:

• Smelting in our high-temperature furnaces

• Production of 99%+ pure gold ingots
