The automatic tilting melting furnace primarily consists of the furnace body, tilting mechanism, temperature control system, and safety protection devices. 【Automatic Tilting Melting Furnace Work Principle】
The metal material is melted into a liquid state by a high-temperature heating element, and the melting temperature is precisely maintained by a PID intelligent temperature control system. After the metal is completely melted, the furnace body is tilted smoothly by an electric drive device, so that the molten metal is accurately poured into the mold or casting equipment along a specific flow channel.
