The automatic tilting melting furnace primarily consists of the furnace body, tilting mechanism, temperature control system, and safety protection devices. The furnace body features a high-temperature refractory lining and is equipped with high-efficiency heating elements. An electrically driven tilting mechanism enables precise and smooth pouring of molten metal. An intelligent PID temperature control system accurately regulates melting temperatures. Multiple safety protections—including emergency power cutoff, cooling systems, and overload protection—are integrated to ensure safe, efficient, and automated operation throughout the high-temperature melting process.
【Automatic Tilting Melting Furnace Work Principle】
The metal material is melted into a liquid state by a high-temperature heating element, and the melting temperature is precisely maintained by a PID intelligent temperature control system. After the metal is completely melted, the furnace body is tilted smoothly by an electric drive device, so that the molten metal is accurately poured into the mold or casting equipment along a specific flow channel. After casting is completed, the furnace is automatically reset. The whole process is automated, reducing manual intervention and improving production safety and efficiency.
