【Gemini Shaking Table Structure】 The core structure of the gemini shaking table consists of six key components: the twin-deck assembly, drive mechanism, frame assembly, support and sliding assembly, feed and water supply system, and slope adjustment mechanism. The two decks share a single drive system; the overall structure is compact and operates stably, with the various components working in concert to perform mineral stratification and separation.
Transmission: A transmissão é de construção robusta e requer um mínimo de manutenção. O seu mecanismo interno é lubrificado por salpicos a partir de uma bomba de óleo integrada.
Decks: Os tabuleiros são construídos em fibra de vidro reforçada com zircónio de 16 mm com estruturas de aço fabricadas na parte inferior e são fáceis de limpar, não tendo manutenção comum. Os pavimentos de fibra de vidro têm características de resistência à água e à corrosão.

【How Does Gemini Shaking Table Work?】The Gemini Table has been specifically designed for the recovery of fine gold to a directly smeltable concentrate. The direct drive system incorporates a geared motor, driving a crank connected to the table deck. The crank includes a spring connection system to absorb overrun. The bump stop system provides a fine-tuning mechanism. Table tuning is achieved by adjusting a single screw.
