【Types of Jig Concentrators】

【Jig Concentrator Structure】A jig concentrator (mineral jig) consists of several critical structural components, including the jig bed (separation chamber), pulsation system, feed inlet & distributor, discharge system, water system, and frame & support structure. They work together to achieve efficient gravity-based mineral separation.
【Jig Concentrator Working Principle】
The mixture of mineral particles of different specific gravities is layered by specific gravity in a vertically moving variable-speed medium flow (water or air). The ore particles with a small specific gravity are located in the upper layer, and the larger ore particles are located in the lower layer, and then they are separated into products of different specific gravity by mechanical action and water flow, and are respectively discharged.
Mineral Bed: Usually pave a 10-15cm mineral bed by using iron ore ( 50% grade ). JXSC engineer will help you to determine the bed thickness, iron size, screen mesh, and adjust the stroke, stroke frequency before delivery.
Factores que afectam o beneficiamento de minerais por jigueiras
(1) Curso e tempos de curso. O curso e os tempos de curso determinam a velocidade, a aceleração e a soltura da camada no gabarito. Um curso elevado e tempos pequenos são melhores para material grosseiro, um curso baixo e tempos elevados para partículas finas.
(2) Consumo de água. Quanto maior for o volume de água, mais rápida é a descarga do produto ligeiro e maior é a capacidade, mas a estratificação é incompleta e os produtos ligeiros misturam-se facilmente com os de maior gravidade específica.
(3) Espessura da camada de material. Quanto mais espessa for a camada, mais tempo demora a perder-se, pelo que o tempo de separação é mais longo.
Quando o leito é espesso, a qualidade do produto pesado é melhorada e a qualidade do produto leve é reduzida. Quando o leito é fino, a qualidade do produto pesado é reduzida e a qualidade do produto leve é melhorada.
(4) O tamanho do ecrã do gabarito, a malha e a forma do ecrã, a quantidade de alimentação e a uniformidade.
