The centrifugal concentrator is widely used in placer gold, hard-rock gold, gold tailings, and gravity concentration circuits. It can be operated as a standalone unit or integrated with crushers, ball mills, classifiers, mesas de agitação, caixas de eclusa, gold wash plants, and other mineral processing equipment to increase the fine-gold recovery rate.

【Working Principle of Centrifugal Concentrator】
O rotor da centrífuga gira a alta velocidade. Sob a ação da força centrífuga, os minerais pesados são empilhados na ranhura da placa interna do núcleo do rotor e as partículas leves de minério são gradualmente descarregadas. Após cerca de 4-6 horas de operação, pare a alimentação e ligue a água de retorno para lavar o concentrado de ouro.
O concentrador centrífugo de ouro é útil na recuperação de ouro em todas as gamas de tamanho de partícula. É especialmente útil para a recuperação de ouro fino que se perde durante o funcionamento dos concentradores de gravidade. A aplicação demonstrou que a recuperação de ouro pode ser muito elevada, até 99% e o rácio de concentração é de até 1.000 vezes.
