    1. Customer’s Gold Project Information

    Localização: Austrália

    Raw ore condition: Rock Gold; Feeding size is -80mm (The large rocks in the front, 400mm, have been crushed to 80mm using a mobile crushing plant ); Gold dissociation size is 0-2mm.

    Process Description

    This flow sheet includes five parts: feeding, crushing, screening, beneficiation, and tailings dewatering.

    Alimentação
    1. The raw materials -80mm feed into a hopper by wheel front loader or small dump truck, and there is a alimentador de vibração
    under the hopper to feed the raw stone into the fine jaw crusher evenly.

    2. Peneira vibratória with 2 layers (25mm & 5mm)
    3. Linear vibrating screen with one layer 2mm

    Trituração
    4. The +25 mm material will be returned to the fine jaw crusher for further crushing.
    5. The 5–25 mm material discharged from the first double roller crusher will be further crushed to below 5 mm.
    6. The 0–5 mm material will then be conveyed to the second double roller crusher for further size reduction to below 2 mm.

    Gravity Beneficiation
    7. The slurry 0-2mm material after the tanque de mistura will go to the gold centrifugal concentrator for the first gold separation via the slurry pump.
    8. The concentrate from the gold centrifugal concentrator will go to the shaking table for fine gold separation and upgrade the recovery rate.
    9. The tailings will go to the sluice box for catching gold in case some gold flows away.

    Tailings Dewatering
    10. After tailings treatment, the slurry from the sluice box is processed by a fine sand recovery system for filtration and dewatering. The hydrocyclone overflow flows into the clarification pond for water recycling, while the underflow is transported to the ore stockpile via a mobile belt conveyor.
