100TPH Stone Crushing Plant in Trinidad

1. Alimentação

The truck dumps material into a alimentador vibratório; the vibrating feeder, equipped with screen bars, filters out large stones and waste, while qualified stones are fed into a jaw crusher.

2. Primary Crushing

O triturador de maxilas performs primary crushing of the stones, and the crushed material is conveyed to a cone crusher via a belt conveyor.

3. Secondary Crushing

O triturador de cone performs secondary crushing of the material, and the crushed material is conveyed to a vibrating screen.

4. Rastreio

O ecrã vibratório screens the material; unqualified material is returned to the cone crusher for further crushing, while qualified material is transported to a stockpile.

This plant can crush the final product to the size as per the customer request. We can adjust the discharging size of the cone crusher and replace the vibrating screen mesh to get different final product sizes.
