【Manual Tilting Melting Furnace Structure】
The tilting smelting furnace mainly consists of four parts: furnace body, heating system, tilting mechanism, and control system.
【Manual Tilting Melting Furnace Working Principle】
The manually tilting platinum melting machine uses the principle of electromagnetic induction heating. High-frequency alternating current generates an alternating magnetic field in the induction coil, causing eddy currents to form inside the metal placed in a graphite or quartz crucible, resulting in rapid heating and melting. The melting process is precisely temperature-controlled by a PLC system (±1℃), with a maximum temperature of 2100℃ (quartz crucible). Each batch only takes 2-10 minutes to melt. After melting, the furnace body is tilted manually by lever for casting. At this time, the heating is automatically cut off to ensure safety. The stainless steel tilting mechanism, together with the high-temperature resistant crucible, enables efficient and continuous operation, meeting the stringent requirements of precious metal melting for temperature accuracy, work efficiency, and operational safety.
