ZSC (A) type reducer is mainly composed of housing, gear transmission system, shaft system, sealing device, and accessories.
- Housing: High-strength cast iron or steel plate welding structure with good shock absorption and heat dissipation performance.
- Gear assembly: Single-stage or multi-stage cylindrical gear transmission, configured according to the speed ratio requirements; The helical gear design can reduce noise and improve transmission stability.
- Bearing and seal: Heavy-duty bearing support is adopted to ensure axial and radial load capacity; Oil seal or labyrinth seal to prevent lubrication leakage and impurity intrusion.
- Sistema de lubrificação: Generally, it is oil pool lubrication (splash type), and large models may be equipped with a circulating lubrication device.
