1. Project Overview
The project is situated in Mozambique for a local mining company that operates a medium-scale hard rock gold mine. The client sought a gold processing solution that is both reliable and straightforward to operate.
2. Raw Ore Information
The raw ore consists of hard rock quartz gold with a maximum feed size of 340 mm. The gold occurs primarily as fine particles, necessitating grinding to a size of 0-2 mm to achieve effective liberation from the host rock.
3. Processing Capacity Requirement
The client required a processing capacity of 20 tons per hour for the initial plant. In the future, should the project generate favorable returns, they intend to procure an additional processing plant with an expanded capacity of either 30 or 50 tons per hour.

Process Description
- The vibrating feeder can feed materials to the primary triturador de maxilas de forma mais homogénea.
- Rough jaw crusher and fine jaw crusher are for crushing large stones to medium-sized stones (25mm-60mm). The output materials from the fine jaw crusher will be sent to 4 hammer crushers by a belt conveyor.
- The output size of the 4 hammer crushers is adjustable, such as 10mm, 5mm, 2mm, etc. For this rock gold processing plant, the screen mesh size is 2mm. So they can grind materials to a 0-2mm fine size.
- 0-2mm fine-sized materials from 4 hammer crushers will be sent to a gold centrifugal concentrator.
- O concentrador centrífugo de ouro is used for primary concentration of fine-sized gold, and there is a shaking table for final concentration of gold concentrates. For recovering gold from tailings from the gold centrifugal concentrator, there is a sluice box here.
- Finally, all gold concentrates will be sent to a forno de fundição de ouro for purification, so that customers can get pure gold bars.

① Regarding the 20tph rock gold processing plant’s flowchart, what led to the design choice of employing four hammer crushers instead of a single unit with equivalent capacity?
Due to the relatively high throughput requirement of 20tph combined with the need for a fine screen mesh (0-2mm) on the hammer crusher, achieving the target output size with a single unit would be challenging. Therefore, our engineering team recommends the configuration of four 5tph hammer crushers.
② What is the particle size requirement for the feed ore?
For a 20tph gold ore processing line, the maximum feed size for this type of vibrating feeder is 400mm, and the maximum feed size for the primary jaw crusher is 340mm. Therefore, the maximum material size entering the vibrating feeder should be less than 340mm.
③ Can you provide the equipment drawings?
Upon receipt of your deposit, our engineers will formulate and deliver the detailed plant layout drawing, foundation drawing for you, and also each main machine’s drawing & machine operation manual. Full technical support will also be rendered throughout the installation phase to ensure smooth implementation.
④ Do your products have CE or ISO certificates?
Yes, all the equipment in this order has CE certificates and ISO certificates.
⑤ What is the lead time for manufacturing and delivery?
Factory Production time: within 30-35 days after receiving the deposit.
The Seller shall complete the container loading of the goods within 7 calendar days from the date of final payment confirmation.
⑥ Are spare parts included in the initial purchase? What is the cost of spare parts?
The quoted price covers only the cost of the mains equipment. Please note that the mains equipments are with certain consumable components that require replacement after a period of operation. Should the customer require these consumables, we will revise the quotation accordingly to incorporate both the cost of the consumable parts and a recommended replacement schedule.
⑦ How do you handle emergency breakdowns? Do you have local service agents?
In the event of any operational issues with the equipment, we provide online technical support to assist customers in resolving problems.
