Criba vibratoria

En criba vibratoria is an efficient and reliable mining classification machine widely used for screening and grading bulk materials such as ore, coal, sand, gravel, slurry, and other mineral materials. By applying continuous and controlled vibratory motion, the equipment separates materials according to particle size, ensuring the appropriate feed size for downstream processes such as mineral processing, crushing, washing, and material handling.

A vibrating screen mainly consists of a screen deck and a vibrator. Different screen mesh sizes can be selected according to the material characteristics and screening requirements. In general, coarse screening can be performed at around 50 mesh, while fine screening can reach approximately 80 mesh.
