【Types of Jig Concentrators】
Mainstream jigs include: Eccentric jig concentrator (plunger jig and diaphragm jig), hydraulic jigger, movable sieve jig, saw-tooth jig, air pulsating jig, trapezoid jig.

En plantilla trapezoidal has a large processing capacity and a wide particle size range of 50-0.25 mm. It has been promoted and used in tungsten, tin, and iron ore dressing plants.

【Jig Concentrator Structure】A jig concentrator (mineral jig) consists of several critical structural components, including the jig bed (separation chamber), pulsation system, feed inlet & distributor, discharge system, water system, and frame & support structure. They work together to achieve efficient gravity-based mineral separation.
【Jig Concentrator Working Principle】
The mixture of mineral particles of different specific gravities is layered by specific gravity in a vertically moving variable-speed medium flow (water or air). The ore particles with a small specific gravity are located in the upper layer, and the larger ore particles are located in the lower layer, and then they are separated into products of different specific gravity by mechanical action and water flow, and are respectively discharged.
Mineral Bed: Usually pave a 10-15cm mineral bed by using iron ore ( 50% grade ). JXSC engineer will help you to determine the bed thickness, iron size, screen mesh, and adjust the stroke, stroke frequency before delivery.
Factores que influyen en el beneficio de minerales
(1) Carrera y tiempos de carrera. La carrera y los tiempos de carrera determinan la velocidad, la aceleración y la soltura de la capa en la plantilla. Una carrera alta y tiempos pequeños mejor para material grueso, carrera baja y tiempos altos para granulometría fina.
(2) Consumo de agua. Cuanto mayor sea el volumen de agua, más rápida será la descarga de productos ligeros y mayor la capacidad, pero la estratificación es incompleta, y los productos ligeros se mezclan fácilmente con los de mayor gravedad específica.
(3) Grosor de la capa de material. Cuanto más gruesa sea la capa, más tiempo tardará en soltarse y, por tanto, mayor será el tiempo de separación.
Cuando el lecho es grueso, mejora la calidad del producto pesado y disminuye la del producto ligero. Cuando el lecho es fino, la calidad del producto pesado disminuye y la del producto ligero mejora.
(4) El tamaño del tamiz de la plantilla, la malla y la forma del tamiz, la cantidad de alimentación y la uniformidad.
